Pros: High ceilings, close proximity to most things. Cons: Extremely noisy, dirty, and very hot in the summers.
Vantage Point is in need of major repairs. Since the property managers own several other surrounding properties, they focus on building new luxury units instead of fixing any of the current units. Appliances, heating and cooling, and flooring are very out of date. However there is a lot of available parking.
