Vantage Pointe at Marrowbone Heights

My experience here at the apartments is pretty good. It’s a clean environment. The noise level is at a minimum and I like how I don’t hear everything between the walls

Beautiful neighborhood. Maintenance staff is awesome. Needs more parking spaces. Pressure washing needs to be done. Good amenities. Some neighbors and vehicles are noisy.

i love loving here at vantage pointe, very quite and safe environment. i would recommend these apartments to anyone who is looking to move out.

Great people and environment. Great staff and wonderful home. Will live here for a long time. I love the get togethers at the office and activites

They keep the community clean and i like that they close the pool at sunset. I think they can do better with keeping the breezeway clean. They do have monthly activities at the leasing office. Wish more outdoor space for kids to play.

Too many surprise fees every month. Nothing is communicated beforehand it just shows up on bill. And the water bill is astronomical for an apartment

Quiet community set in the country with lots of amenities to enjoy on your days off. Close to Nashville for the big city life when you want it but far enough away to enjoy the peace.

It’s really quiet. It’s clean. Everything is reasonable. The staff is very respectful and respond to any situation quickly. They fix everything that is brought to their attention. I’m very pleased with everything.

I love living here at Vantage Pointe. Peaceful and quiet. I love that there are 2 dog parks on site. I also like that the apartment managers set up events for the residents.

Maintenance is very helpful. Have a two bedroom ground lvl apartment. Haven't had any issues so far. Parking is alitte crazy sometimes but it's a apartment complex. Noise is good don't hear much. Only complaint is paying rent is a bit difficult sometimes cause it's through third party and changed a few times on how we pay.

1st time living in an apartment. It's a quiet place which is perfect for us. Seems to be friendly and honest neighbors. We have only met a few people because of my work schedule. The only problem is parking. We love the area and would like to buy a house in Ashland City.

It’s really quiet at night. Love being able to sit on my balcony at night and just hang out . Clean and they are on it if you have any problems or issues.

Everything has been great since living here besides lil minor issues that was taken care of in a timely manor.But other than that I have no complaints.

This place needs to have better communication between the managers and the residents. This place was ok at the beginning of our lease and then it went to heck in a hand basket

This is my first time living in an apartment. Just moved here from out of state. So far it's been nice. Quiet area. The few people that I have met were very friendly. The apartment is nice. The only problem is the parking. I like that it is a gated complex. The maintenance staff is very nice and do good work.

So far it has been an easy transition and we are enjoying it so far! Everything is conveniently close by which will make everything so easy!!

We just moved in and the cleaning job that was done on put new apartment was .... half effort at best other than that everything has been pretty good.

I like living here . It's quiet . It's clean. I have made lots of new friends in the community. The pool is nice and clean . If things break they are fast to get fixed . Parking is horrible at times but that is really my only complaint

It has been a good place to live so far. Maintenance is fantastic and office staff are very helpful. Only is is sometimes parking is an issue.

I have lived here for almost 10 years & for the most part, it’s been great. The parking has been an issue, mainly because there’s too many vehicles for the number of spaces. Sometimes, it’s difficult to get a response to a question from the office staff.

Had some hiccups when moving in but Management stepped in handled it very well, from maintenance to Isha in the office. Couldn't ask for a better team.

It's fine. Not a big fan of the monthly fire inspections, parking pass/tow threats, weird fees that were never discussed in the lease but are required like community lighting? It's mostly quiet. Kind of trashy. The hallways are never cleaned. Appliances and counters are cheap.

Y’all need to get a property manager because she don’t do her job and instead of her doing her job she rather give out leasing violations then actually getting to the root of the problem and she has a very nasty attitude. It’s pathetic how a housing community keeping losing tenants almost very weekend in the past 3 months. Y’all need to ask yourselves why do people keep moving in and then not staying the whole year

Its really subpar here. Vantage Pointe Apartments really needs to do better with alot of things. I will not be renewing my lease. The property managers are terrible with responding to situations.

The only thing I can say is it is a nice and quiet place to live however I would highly recommend putting cameras up around the property due to the theft. Everyone is great. Maintenance is great.

Great place they updated the parking lot it looks so pretty!New pay rent system where you earn points on rent and build your credit while paying rent love that

Is a quite and lovely neighborhood. The view in the morning is my favorite although Bering on the third floor has some disadvantages. The view is always worth it.

Pool and work out area are nice , so are the neighbors. The only down side is parking nothing major though glad we move in here it's been great since have.

This apartment complex is nice and enjoyable to be at. The maintenance men are fabulous and always on time to fix things. The staff is somewhat unfriendly however they do accommodate. The apartments are nice after they are cleaned up.

I Absolutely Love The place , love the community, and love the staff!!! The convenience of being in the middle of town is also wonderful! I Just wish parking was bit better!

I enjoy living here! It’s quiet and everyone is nice. They stay on top of everything you need help with as well. The staff and maintenance are wonderful.

I have lived here for over 9 years & for most of the time, I have enjoyed living here. Frequently, the parking is an issue. The landscaping needs some attention. The outside of the buildings need some attention, too. I like the location of my apartment, because it’s close to all the amenities.

Peaceful and quiet .Office workers are nice and friendly. The maintenance also take action fast for the work request. The area is nice and clean

So far (only lived here 2 days) it has been great. It's very quiet and neighbors are friendly. The apartments are very modern and well noise restrictive.

Super friendly and quick getting stuff done. Communication skills are fabulous. We are new to the apartment life style, it's an adjustment, but also a new adventure. Everyone so far is great!

All of the staff is very friendly and very helpful. They are quick at fixing any issues or problem and very helpful with information that is needed

Maintenance is always super helpful and we hardly have any issues. Friendly staff and nice location. The convenience between Nashville and Clarksville is super nice.

This place is not what I thought it would be. I thought the people in the office would be more caring and of course they are not. The parking really stinks out here.

It’s not horrible but I’ve experienced better living situations and friendlier office staff in other apartment complexes. 100% won’t be renewing our lease. I could go on but it’s an apartment complex that will always have business regardless of several bad reviews. I would just advise anyone looking into this apartment complex specifically to keep looking at all other options before making your decision to sign a lease here.

Sweet front office staff, quick and friendly maintenance crew, nice apartments, friendly neighbors. Great community! I’m enjoying my time here.

I previously lived in Nashville and upon moving in our first night, it was the best experience. The ladies in the office are so kind and extremely helpful. My apartment is quiet and so peaceful.

It's a really nice place to live, really clean and quiet and everyone is really nice. The apartments are kept up really well and the staff is very helpful. All of the residents are very respectful of one another

Hardly ever have any complaints. Quiet place and friendly neighbors. They are very quick to fix any issues you have and are very helpful with anything.

It’s ok. It’s pretty quiet. Unfortunately I had a package delivered and someone, one of my neighbors, had opened it. Luckily they didn’t want or need it, cause my xfinity router was still in the box. The ice maker isn’t working in the refrigerator, so I’ll be putting in a work order for that. I’m hoping things will get better and more comfortable. I hate that I can’t have packages sitting at my front door. I may look into getting a camera.

Good place not to pricey but lack of security around area multiple vehicles broken into nothing done about that nice staff needs cameras and gate to stay fixed

Very friendly environment. Parking needs improvement. Maintenance is amazing. I had a couple of maintenance issues they came the next day and fix without a problem.

Love where I live at and it is close to my mom and dad’s house and I like how I am close to Walmart and fast food places. I just wish the parking was a little better than what it is. I wish we had more parking spots.
