Property Ratings at Vantis
I was among the first tenants to move into Vantis. At first things seemed great. Right off the bat a tenant threw a party and trashed clubhouse. They punished the entire complex by reducing the clubhouse to unreasonable hours. If you have a 9-5 job you are out of luck. The complex is infested with ants. This is a common complaint from tenets. They up-charge you for every accessory including $75 for one space. They don’t enforce the noise ordinance. I had to complain three times for blaring techno music at 6am which was never solved. They have a major theft problem. My car alone was vandalized on two separate occasions. They don’t stop shady salesmen from entering the building and knocking door to door looking for a handout. When moved I had my apartment professionally cleaned. Not only did I lose my entire deposit they said I owed them over $100. Their initial charge checklist was full of discrepancies and incorrect amounts. The management is nothing short of incompetent.
