Varia at Oakcrest

The community and people are nice, there are a few people with NO respect for others, especially at the dog park not cleaning up after your dog and leaving poop on the cement

I like the easy access to be able unl9ck my door thru my phone...maintain temp control inside my home. The peace of mind packages are secured not just left at door when I'm not home

Just lately seems like everything around the whole community is not being taken care of the way it should be The hallways in the buildings are filthy you put in termite spraying. Nobody comes. They don't power wash the hallways. They power wash the buildings. It's just it's just getting very nasty around there lately

So far so good. I have no complaints with my experience here at Varia at Oakcrest. I had some issues prior to moving in but nothing worth suggesting that it didn't meet my expectations. This is the fastest I've ever experience maintenance responding to requests. I was thinking that it was going to take some time but it didn't. The important thing is that they made my experience quite pleasant.

We love it here . The application process was easy , moving in was a breeze, from the cost , all the way to exactly how we wanted the apartment . Living here is so peaceful and exactly what we were looking for !

Overall living here is fine. It’s not the fanciest, but it’s quiet. I don’t hear any commotion & there’s not been any issue with crime since I’ve been living out here either.

My family and I moved here in April. It's been nothing but a great experience. The staff is great, maintenance is amazing, and cleanliness of the property is always up to par. I love how they have different events for the residents and kids. Highly Recommend

The only things that bothered me and neighbors was the lack of communication from you guys and law enforcement about the incidents that have occurred the past few weeks. The arrest that was very engaging in front of our bldg. and the body that was found in the lake. We have many neighbors that walk late at night and all day long. We should be notified? I was also very upset that we had the pressure washing and the scraping and painting during the holidays. I take pride in my decorations, and had to take them down, even when I was expecting visitors. At least I got pictures. They could have waited at least till the New Years (tomorrow). Other wise, I love you guys, you are terrific! I love the activities!

Everything is great! Calm peaceful. The apartment is beautiful! Neighbors are nice the management is nice. I also see a lot of my brothas and sistas if Yk what I mean !

Application process was very easy. I'm excited to be apart of the c9mmunity and looking forward to moving in with my son and getting back to my family

Aside from the speeding, the Marijuana smell and rules that do not apply to some everything is great. Certain things I agree with and Certain things I don't, i wish all people with pets would clean up after them, everybody I've met in the complex is extremely nice, the maintenance crew are on top of everything immediately, the office staff are very professional and the front gates finally work woo hoo

I’ve been living here for a while now, and overall, I’ve had a great experience. The maintenance team is top-notch — they’re responsive, friendly, and always take care of issues in a timely manner. The amenities are also really solid, with everything I need to feel comfortable and at home. My only downside is that the rent is a bit on the higher side, but considering the quality of service and the overall experience, I think it’s worth it. Overall, I’d definitely recommend this place to others and give it 4 stars!

Clean and Upgraded Society.During fall season the society looks beautiful.Maintenance people come whenever we ask them to.Many programs are held in the society to encourage people and gather together.

I enjoyed my experience with this apartment complex. Everything was smooth move in process. I would recommend this neighborhood to others. Just wish I was able to get a downstairs unit.

I love the holiday party! They do such a fantastic job! Games are great and prizes are better lol! The only thing I would like to see is holiday lights at the front entrance like most developments.

It is very quiet on my side . Update to gym and pool areas. Front office staff is nice. Like the small events they host. Good experience as a resident.

Brooklyn gave me a tour and has been my first contact throughout the entire move in process. She’s been very helpful and I really appreciate her answering all my questions. Seems to be nice quiet complex I see people walking around on family strolls and everyone is friendly. Glad I decided to lease at this complex. The apartment itself has updated features and even the one bedroom feels spacious. Love the flooring and the kitchen cabinets which sold me on this unit.

Good apartments with great maintenance support. The receptionists are friendly and respond immediately. Any issues in our apartments are taken care immediately.

Overall I’ve had a pleasant experience here so far. Maintenance here is by far one of the reason why. I put I request in and it’s completed in a timely manner. My one complaint is the laundry room. The washers work but the dryers don’t, so hopefully they can get that fixed soon. You can tell these apartments are a few years old, but their are upkeep pretty decent.

I love this complex. People in here are fantastic. Never have any issues. The only problem is the water bill and the fact that nobody cleans up that don't poop in the dog park.

Varia at Oakcrest is a nice, quiet place to live. The community is clean and the people are friendly. The staff is always friendly and helpful.

So far my resident experience has been lovely. My building is quiet for the most part, we all respect each other too. I personally haven’t heard about any crimes taking place amongst us so that’s a plus too. I hope it stays this way as well !

They have done so much to improve the property, and they are working on improving more. Maintenance is fabulous! Office staff is on top of everything.

I’m enjoying my place I love everything about it especially my garden tub it so peaceful and so beautiful and roomy I couldn’t have pick a better place to live

Overall I’m pleased with my experience living at Varia. The size of the apartment is nice—there’s plenty of room to make it feel like home. Maintenance has addressed any issues I’ve encountered quickly and efficiently. The staff is also very friendly and helpful. There was some dust when I moved in and the apartment's blinds could be of better quality. Additionally, the rent is on the higher side, but considering the size and the great maintenance, I feel it's worth it for the quality of living I’m enjoying. All in all, this apartment offers a great blend of comfort and convenience, making it a wonderful choice for anyone looking to settle in!

I love this comunity. Been here for 5 years. The staff is great and accessible. The maintenance crew is very knowledgeable, courteous and quick to respond. This is a quiet, clean and safe community with the right rules in place. Amenities are very useful. Community activities are fun. I would recommend it to anyone.

This community is a great value for what is offered. Spacious apartments, wth great amenities. You have classic amenities like a dog park but modern amenities like digital locks and package lockers.

Love it the community is always clean and quite, and the staff are always putting their best foot forward to make sure the tenants are always too priority!!

Outstanding and quick service, they were very understanding during the recent hurricane, I cannot recommend them enough. The apartments are clean and very nice.

Everything went smoothly for the most part. There was some confusion about my keys on move in day but it was later resolved. Love the fact that everything is paperless.

I renewed my lease for the 5th year here. I love this place. Everyone is so nice, especially the staff and maintenance. Very professional and answers all my issues in a timely manner.

Pro: Facility upkeep. Gym and pool clean. Plentiful parking. Appliances work. Food trucks on Friday. Community events. Cons: Gate out of commission most of the year. Speeding by residents. Loud music at night.

Enjoying my time here as the fall begins to roll in can’t wait for the cool air and to just sit out on the porch relaxing with a nice hot cocoa.

Good experience. Nice property with good facilities. Alot of modern features (package locker, digital access, electric car chargers) for an older property.

The apartment is good, the maintenance team is very good, just a few things that need correction, the front gate, the amount of garbage that accumulates at the compactor and the lights at the dog park haven't worked in months.

My family and I have been here for 3 months and everything has been everything. The office staff has been nothing but helpful, the maintenance men act fast and the neighbors are very nice.. Our favorite thing about the apartment is the kitchen. We love the layout and stainless steel. So happy we found this place.

Very quiet area. The convenience of location has been good. Maintenance has always been good too. Overall, happy to continue living at this apartment.

Pro: Clean property. Maintenance is responsive. Admin staff are approachable. Tennis courts. Cons: Cars frequently speed through the complex. School bus stop signs not observed. Loitering, revving exhaust. Gate kiosk has toppled over.

Good place to stay. Services are good and well maintained property. Lake view is very nice and good place to spend some evening time. Children play are also good.

We appreciate the response of maintenance here. They are very quick to respond to any tickets that are submitted. The office personnel are very polite and helpful. All of the neighbors that we have met have been very friendly.

Varia is a secured community with clean and spacious flats. We have a club house, swimming pool and a cute little park where my 2 uear kid enjoys playing everyday. We also have a lake view area to sit and relax.

I enjoy living here . It’s a very quiet neighborhood when need be . Residents are good with keeping the area clean and safe . No complaints at the moment .

The staff in the leasing office are super friendly!! They helped make the move-in process easy. Maintenance also responds to issues very quickly.

The The neighborhood is quiet and calm and it has everything you need to enjoy a life and plus it good for family people and single people because people don’t make noise that much

I haven’t moved into my actual apartment yet. However, just but what I’ve experienced so far I can’t complain. Staff has been patient with me & informative as possible. Also, the times I’ve shown up, the complex looks maintained for the most part.

We have not moved in yet, but the process so far has been really easy. The office personnel have been very helpful and courteous. They explained everything and were willing to show us whatever we needed to know. The apartments and ground look well kept.

I’ve lived in several apartment communities in my lifetime . . . Varia At Oakcrest is THE BEST!!! I made the right decision when selecting this community to call HOME!

Good place to stay. Maintenance service is good. but for some reason Entry gates are not working properly from long time. And they conduct some monthly contests but does not review or give the rewards as stated.

I only recently moved in but my experience here has been nothing but great I’ve talked to a few residents here and they’ve all been really nice not including the staff who’ve put up with me always going to ask them questions and are still nice and helpful. The area is also really good and in a very convenient place.
