In a nice area, but the ducks are a nuisances.

Old dirty cabinets and stained bathtub. Roaches, mice, Muscovy geese are a nuisance. Management is reluctant to spray for bugs. Not a gated community. Anyone can walk up to the property at night. I have lived here 5 years. The people are nice, but they are so bored that they engage in a lot of nosey gossiping.

Though the apartment is in a great area, the owner are reluctant to fix or replace anything.
