I enjoyed living at Sixth&G Apartments for the past two years because it is ideally located in the Gaslamp Quarter and is walking distance to all your favorite places. The outside entrance, inside lobby, gym, entertainment lounge, hallways, and underground parking are kept pristine with daily cleanings. Management/maintenance are incredible and quickly respond to requests. The high ceilings and thick concrete walls provide peace and quiet while allowing you to live in a very festive place.

6th and G apartments checked all my boxes when looking for an apartment downtown. Location, amenities, apartment features, pet friendly, great/responsive staff, community events (hopefully resuming soon), and price point. I am happy living here.

The community is clean, located near most everything downtown. Be aware that noise can be an issue and there are quite a bit of fees on top of rent, to include a trash service that is absolutely not needed. There are trash shoots on every floor and they charge $10 for someone to grab your trash from your door. I would not mind if they charged against our will. Please reconsider this 6th and G!

I have lived downtown for over 11 years, and this is by far my favorite residence. The location is amazing and the environment is outstanding.
Lofts at 655 was the best decision when it comes to our transition here in San Diego. We love the community and the staff has made our apartment feel like a home!
I've enjoyed my time at the Lofts at 655. Management and maintenance is responsive, courteous and easy to work with. The building is well maintained and kept very clean. Also, the dog friendly atmosphere is great!
I am a current resident at the Lofts at 655 Sixth. I really like my unit and the location is great. However, three things that I am very disappointed about are; 1. My unit was not ready when I moved in. The keys were not made for me when I went to pick them up and there were people still inside of my unit cleaning it. 2. I pay $100.00 each month for parking (never a late payment). My car was correctly registered in TheLofts online database upon move in. They wrongfully towed my car from the parking garage. When I asked the office why my car was towed, they were unable to tell me why. My receipt from the towing company indicates that the reason for being towed was "parking permit expired" (my permit is current). 3. The "gym". The treadmill and the elliptical do not work.
