I have lived at Velo for almost a year and 1/2. There has been alot if turn over in the office as well as the maintenance staff. Everyone that works there now is very helpful and kind. Jose in maintenance is great and Heidi in the office is great. I hope to see more stability of the staff. I am happy here
I have been living here for three months. and I am satisfied and happy. My neighbors are all excellent. and in the office everyone is a good worker. especially Cesar.
Velo is a wonderful place to live. The staff are knowledgeable and ready to help. The grounds are kept nice, for the most part. The units have nice amenities and feel warm and inviting. I would recommend them.
Any maintenance request we have had has been completed on time and maintenance is always very pleasant and kind
Management is horrible. They’re never there and they are constantly switching. I’ve lived here for almost two years and there probably has been 4-5 switches. The maintenance never helps and your packages can also get stolen and they will not help you at all! Do not move here and spare yourself the headache.

Lived here about a year, apartments are fine. Things are clean and they generally work, but the management company is awful to work with. I started my lease when it was owned by Trinity and they were fine. They made a few mistakes but the staff was very kind and would work with you on any issues. They were bought by Avenue5 midway through my lease, and things went downhill from there. They lost paperwork, picked up old copies of leases that had to be amended, etc. Despite talking to numerous office staff and receiving assurances everything would be fine and they would work with me on correcting any issues, they are now expecting me to pay an extra $400 a month to see out the terms of my lease. This has been such a common issue that the staff has even joked about it. I would not recommend this place, it would be in your best interests to avoid living here unless you want to be taken advantage of financially.

A bit off the beaten path but decent apartments at relatively good price. Second year in the complex with minimal complaints. The staff when I moved in here was great however since then they have changed. The new team is rude and depending on who you talk to have different answers. Moving from a one bedroom to a 2 in the same complex sounds like it should be an easy deal but was a mess. Was told I could move in on the 26th and was given the keys only to find the place under construction. Was then told they would be done by the third of the month but that I needed to be out of my old place by the 1st? I had to explain to the lady twice before she figured out that would leave me homeless for 2 days... Definitely decent place to live but the new staff is a joke.
