Venn is close to several outstanding neighborhoods and has a great team.
Great community, great apartments, great area. Only issue was items not working upon move in that are taking some time to fix. The management seems concerned when we bring it up and promises to fix, but so far no successful action has been taken.

Have been living at Venn for a few months. The building is average, but the gym and amenities are sub par given the high rent. The building has an incessant problem with package theft, which the management refuses to acknowledge or fix. The building manager is a rude, aggressive and incompetent lady who does not respond to residents' concerns and is known to send curt emails. They also stick residents with non-existent monthly charges including a $70 sewer charge, which no other building in San Francisco does. They charge $35/month for a "valet trash service" which is useless and leaves the building smelling like garbage. Go live somewhere else if you don't want your packages stolen and want building management that actually cares about your experience. Avoid Greystar and this team at all costs!
