Property Ratings at Venoy Pines Apartments
I’ve been here going on 2 years and although the apartment is a nice size I don’t think it’s worth the pricing , I have a lot of exotic bugs that fly out of vents centipedes beetles and ants. They come exterminate but the problem haven’t been solved. Lots of unnecessary fees , only 1 wash and dryer for a whole complex , lots of complaints abd threaten fees over the slightest thing such as not breaking out boxes and thing in that such. Go up on rent every year with no updates being made. Just overall to strict for the price any slightest inconvenience and they threaten you with fee. Overall quiet neighbors. Needs cameras and lighting for price
Great space for the price. We enjoyed living there with our kid and the pool was awesome.
I've been living here for 6months so far my boyfriend and I love it but, obviously there are some changes needed, the laundry "room" has one washer and one dryer and its down the basement there isn't much upkeep on it dead bugs as you go downstairs. Though the machines are Bluetooth capable. Information on what's going on in the community barely happens (construction , tree trimmers). Power goes out often when it rains though at no fault of the apartments. It is difficult to reach the office if you call , but office staff is generally helpful. Parking lot is pretty empty so finding a spot during the day is perfectly fine. There isn't a gym or additional storage. The apartment overall is a great size. Apartments are quiet and round everything possible. This is a good place to live just wish that they had more upkeep on their grounds and on their laundry rooms.
Been here for a year love the place and Kelly only issue is parking they should have assigned parking there’s cars that been sitting abandoned taking up spots then you have to park next building over
At first I was told I was approved by kelly. Then I received an email saying that they made a mistake on my move in cost which was an additional $100 more. My apartment wasn’t ready the day it was supposed to be. The next day I went in to get my keys(already started Dte and consumers energy in my name) Kelly informs me that she needs my two pay stubs and also I can’t move in yet because my place of employment hasn’t been verified yet. MIND YOU THEYVE HAD MY INFORMATION FOR A WEEK AND A HALF. Moving forward I provided her information to confirm my place of employment and my two check stubs and told her that I’m on a leave from my job that I’ve been working for for two years so I’m not getting my FULL pay as I would when I returned to work MONDAY. but offered to give her my W2’s from last year to show that I qualify. After all of this I was DENIED because she was going off of my check stubs but didn’t bother to look at my gross or anything that shows I MAKE MORE THAN ENOUGH TO STAY HERE. Very unprofessional and mind you they’ve already ran my credit after I was denied when I was first told I was approved
The decision to move here has been great for our family. The location is very convenient and the property is well maintained. We knew moving in here that it was not a new complex and that things happen and repairs will always be necessary. We had several new things installed in our apartment prior to our move in that we were extremely happy about having done. We have been nothing but satisfied with the treatment we have received from management, all office personnel and maintenance. Our requests have been honored in a timely fashion and with consideration of our needs and expectations of community living. Sadly, there will always be tenants who don't seem to take into consideration that these are multiple family dwellings, and their lifestyles and habits can negatively effect others. But overall, the other families living here seem to be relatively conscientious of one another. This has been a great home for us and we believe it will continue to be!
I was living here for 3 years and everthing was okay. Someone broke into my friend car. Some tried to steal my tires. Washer stay broken. They go up on rent every year. But it was quiet. But my issue is with Mangement! Mangement was great when I was living there. but now that i have moved they are horrible. The manger won't send over paperwork to my new apartment. Is been wks. And they don't answer the phone when they see your number.{caller ID} I had to literally go up there and tell them off. THE MANAGER KELLY IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. SHE NEEDS A REALITY CHECK!!!!
My building is nice and quiet. I was a bit turned off on move in day when the manager accused my sons of smoking weed when one was with me and the cable guy had been there with the other who definitely does not smoke. She was practically threatening to evict before we even moved in. For the most part maintenance is pretty good although I had to wait a month for a replacement washer/dryer. Other than my initial encounter management friendly and helpful.
I like my apartment, because it's just enough space for me....I like the area and I like how management address problems right away. I am in walking distance to a mall and restaurants and a gas station is across the street. there is plenty of parking space, there is a pool and tennis area, the grounds are well kept, and I enjoy living here. I would recommend this apartment complex too anyone looking to have shopping areas close and not have to go to the park to swim or play tennis.
The staff was professional and always willing to meet me after work to discuss all business affairs. I loved the amenities and the closets are a girls best friend...walk in closet.. They were so helpful about all the local shopping and different activities around in the area. I always lived in houses and this was my first apartment and I am glad I chose Venoy Pines. Beautiful place to live I recommend this apartment complex
