Good apartments but rent is too high for the quality of the apartments. There is less expensive apartments around the area. Office staff is not that great. Never answer the phone and aren’t great in giving helpful information.

We moved out on December 23rd, my husband gave the keys to the apartment to a woman in the leasing office and before this date ( since October) me and my husband went several times to the office to drop of notice to vacate and talk about what we need to do and the office workers always said everything is good. Now I saw we are getting charged rent for January, is this a joke? I can't laugh about it. We paid you even more as we had to the last few month. We got charged for a carport we could not use since the construction workers blocked it and nobody from the office ever cared about it. Emails I send never got answered and whenever I went to the office everybody said that everything is good and it will taken care of. I honestly would like to give 0 stars. Can't even reach anybody, nobody answers phone or replies to messages

Over the past 12 months or so this place has really gone downhill. I can no longer receive packages delivered to my apartment because they are stolen right off my door step. I’ve been charged a $12 “late fee” for not having renters insurance (when I’ve had it the whole time) and they’ve still haven’t refunded me as promised or haven’t kept me in the loop as to the status of it. There are a lot of creepy crawlies. The dumpsters are constantly overflowing. I feel like I’m going into the slums when I’m driving through. They don’t care what the grounds look like. People leave trash everywhere. I hope it gets better but I’m not hopeful.

I’ve been living here for almost 6 years and has been good up until now. Lately it seems the management is slacking on cleanliness amongst other things. It’s frustrating to get any work orders complete and getting through the office is impossible as well. They don’t answer phones and have the door locked for hours.

It’s okay…prices are low enough that you can overlook a lot of issues that would otherwise send you running. Neighbors are messy and loud, often drinking case after case of beer (and leaving the bottles and trash everywhere), playing music, smoking, and talking loudly til 2am some nights. Every apartment is a landlord special, cabinets, countertops, and fixtures are all 70’s-era and heavily painted over. Exterior walls & windows and attic are not well insulated, so my west-facing upstairs apartment regularly reaches 88-93° in the summer, despite running the AC constantly. And they won’t allow window/portable ac units to compensate. Maintenance staff are quick, but not always thorough with repairs. Office staff will not answer the phone, don’t bother. Best bet is to email and wait 5-7 business days for a response. Weatherstripping being ancient/non-existent and being next to a creek means bugs all the time. But hey, at least it’s in a good neighborhood, right?…also no. But it is cheap.

I used to love living here. Now I don’t know how safe I feel. It’s very trashy around the part I live in and my packages have been stolen multiple times. I’ve reached out to see if anything was found on the cameras and have never gotten any type of follow up.

I love living here, Very helpful staff and friendly. This apartment complex is worth living here. The management is very helpful, the work with y if you have a problem with rent and maintenance issues. No other apartment complex does what they do here, I will be renewing my lease, because of the wonderful treatment hee.

Maintenance and office staff are very fast in fixing issues. Most of my neighbors are nice and quiet. Complex is close to schools, shopping and there are some nice little parks in the area to walk

Good cheap apartments, make it easy to move in and help, staff is friendly and helpful, pool is regularly cleaned and pretty and best of all apt complex usually holds community event you’ll ACTUALLY wanna go to you get free snacks!

I just made a year here, and the experience has been great. It’s quiet, outside of the occasional barbecues that the neighbors across from me hosts. I don’t have any major concerns.

Todo está bien, pero sin duda alguna nos haría falta un Gimnasio y un mayor control del los vehículos que ingresan al condominio , vehículos que no están registrados estan tomando el lugar de aquellos que lo están, estacionan el vehículo frontal de manera que no se ve la placa porque solo llevan placas traseras.

I have little time but I liked living here. They maintain order in the pools, and the maintenance service is effective, the prices are in line with the area

You really get what you pay for… It’s quiet though, staff is usually pretty nice and the pool/park area is clean. I like all the activities the complex does.

I love living here. The only downfall is that certain parts of the community look trashy, I wish there was more upkeep or that the residents cared more and picked up after themselves.

Have been living here for 13 years now, though the management companies have changed hands over the years, but this place is still a great place to live at, at a modest rental rate.

I like my complex! Been living here for 3 years and haven't had any major issues. Leasing office is good with answering questions whenever I stop by the office.

Price is competitive for the area & lack of amenities. Neighbors are loud and dirty, constantly leaving beer bottles/cans and trash everywhere. Electricity is high and shared water usage for the complex is great, unless there are broken sprinkler heads letting thousands of gallons of water run into the storm drain a couple times a week, even if it’s raining.

It’s an apartment. The complex is quiet , may sometimes hear music during the day but that’s about it. I moved here cause their website also states they have a gym. There is no gym.
