1. Not a clean apartment when I received keys. 2. Unwanted Charges to me on Gas and Electricity when I was not even moved in to apartment. 3. Maintenance Staff is very rude and Quality of Work is not upto the level. 4. Safety is the major concern as within 1 month i see stealing in the apartment and even Society gate is not operational

I love my apartment here at Ventana Oaks. The staff have been polite and helpful if I have needed assistsnce. The maintenance workers have been polite when they come to my apartment. The property is kept clean and I love the way the it comes to life in the evenings with the children outside playing, and adults taking walks around the complex. Ventana Oaks takes me back to the way neighborhoods were in the 70's, I like living here very much.

The complex is beautiful in its landscaping and nature, occupants are frequently outside enjoying fresh air, kids play outside in grassy areas with friends after school. The apartments that have been renovated are beautiful, though a bit of a mess was left by the renovators. The office staff is incredibly sweet and helpful.

I’ve lived here 6 1/2 years now. I’ve really enjoyed it, love the size of my apartment and I’m planning on renewing my lease . Work orders are taken care of in a timely manner and the maintenance staff is friendly.

It’s a lovely neighborhood and the people are friendly. The maintenance team is always ready to help and they are very quick too. It’s a peaceful place and the view from my balcony is breathtaking, specially at sunrise and sunset.

This aparment complex, has been a nice safe enviroment. My children are able to make friends and play with lots of children in the complex. We enjoy living here.
Overall very good experience. Good space for the price and good staff at the front office. Sometimes have to call maintenance multiple times for the same problem.
Onboarding was not so pleasant experience with the management rules. Had to wait longer to get the keys and no proper communication was provided for providing keys. Also not all amenities were provided as lease. Apartment was missing washer/dryer by the day i moved in. Yet to figure out why they did not and sort this out.

We have enjoyed our overall stay the past few years at Ventana, but there have been times we’ve felt a bit manipulated into extra charges around money. We don’t agree with the fetch program, nor do we appreciate that is was forced upon us. We do appreciate the improvements the community has made and the upkeep of the overall apartment complex. Maintenance is always quick to respond as well.

I've lived here for many years now, primarily because of how peaceful it is here. The landscape is very natural with a ranch like atmosphere. I enjoy coming home from work and just sitting on the patio. There's an assortment of wildlife here and I sometimes forget that I live in the city. It's very relaxing.

I have lived here for 14 years so that should speak for itself. Awesome community to live at! My only negative is the $15 package deliveries fee that we have to pay for but never use. They really need to remove it or allow residents to opt in or out of it.

Great quiet community with no issues for the most part.Management quick to fix any issues and maintenance requests are handled swiftly.Probably one of the most peaceful places I’ve ever lived in whole 40 years of life.

I love this community! It is hidden away, which makes it feel secure - and it's right next to the Brushy Creek green space which means it's quiet and we get to see lots of wildlife (depending on your unit). The complex is very family-friendly and the management is easy to work with and friendly. I've lived here for about 3 years and don't see any reason to move. Local to Austin, Cedar Park, Georgetown, and Round Rock all within about 15-20 minutes.

Very good Apartment but of late there has been few theft and the Apartment team has not taken any steps to fix the gate. Would be good if the Security is improved little bit.

The apartment complex is great. The fact that there are two pools and hot tubs is great. The dog park is a bit small but not a lot of people use it at one time. Only downside side is the one entrance and exit.

It is a beautiful community. Nice location and amenities. Maintenance is slow to come fix problems and very hard to contact. Otherwise a very nice apartment community.

We like the neighbourhood but management is not that supportive in securing the place . We heard lot of theft attempts recently and management didnt take any action on it . The front gate is still open allowing any outsiders to enter. Not feeling safe here.

My experience has been great so far. This is well managed community with maintenance support on request. There have been recent incidents of related to security. Overall experience has been excellent.
No safety. People in leasing office are least worried about your safety. They enforce fetch which Is of no use. There were many burglary incidents and when you ask for your safety. They just say as per leasing policy that we are not responsible for your safety.

Nice clean property. But I wish residents would toss their trash bags and recycling toward the BACK of the dumpsters, instead of dropping their bags right inside the opening where it builds up and appears full, when actually the entire 2/3s of the dumpster is EMPTY !

Have been a resident going on 20 years next year. Seen lots of changes.Basshams have taken great care of Ventana Oaks. Managers from Michelle to now Kenna are too notch, true professionals. Will be a resident many more years to come.

Gone downhill lstt few years. The grounds are not kept as well. Broken glass all over by my dumpster. People work on vehicles at back of property and leave junk laying around. Large flower pots and bycicles left in breezeway. Security gate Never works. . Wild hogs toam and only put fence up halfway around ptoperty. Frequent robberies.

Worst Apartment Management You can't trust a single one there. They will tell you every time a new story. I won't recommend it for any animal lover. This is anti-pet society. Here is my observation: Incident 1: a. Called Society office on Sunday to check the requirement for Pet adoption. b. I gave them my apartment no and they told me about $200 non refundable and $300 refundable fee. It was reasonable to me. c. I went to all shelters and searched my pet. d. On Monday before going for adoption, went back to society and shared the medical record for pet. As they have weird requirement at-least 1 yr older and weight less than 40 lb. My dog was 1 year old with 25 lb weight. Then they gave me green signal. We agreed to do the documentation in evening after the adoption. Then as my past experience, I requested to check once more with manager to get their agreement too. Then main weird thing happened: MANAGER ASKED ME TO DEPOSIT $1000 for carpet. As per my past experience, you won't get any refund from this management. So when I asked that why they did not let me know on Sunday itself. They told me that you should call on Monday, not on Sunday. That was so funny response from the management, because I was going to adopt my dog in next 1 hr and I already bought cage and toys for new member. So my two cents, you can not trust single word from any one in management. Go and read the agreement carefully, that is something what you can fight for. -Prashant Rana
