The Venue at Big Creek

Move in was a breeze. Staff was very friendly and able to answer all questions quickly. Smaller community and pretty quite in my experience so far.

I love my apartment, the community and the staff! The buildings are gorgeous and the staff are super super helpful and kind, and halcyon is within walking distance which is awesome.

Great Community! After 5 years of living here, I can’t think of a better place to live. Everyone who works here, goes above and beyond to keep the community a place that exceeds expectations! Leasing office staff, and Maintenance staff, are the Best at what they do! I’m happy to call Venue my home.

Just moved in & are loving our place!! It is quiet and just the right size for my fiancé & I - having the community next to Halcyon is a huge plus as well!

I just moved in and so far, so great! No complaints. The leasing office is attentive and responsive; that truly makes all the difference when living in an apartment community. Also, the cherry on top is that everything is well kept and clean!

I love it here! it’s been about a year for my wife and I. Never had any issues. The community is always kept clean and I love that the office hosts parties and events for the tenants. Great atmosphere!

We are 1 week in and have settled in and feeling more comfortable than expected. We sold a home and have moved in to eventually find property and built.

The noise level from the outside is very loud. Especially in the master bedroom where you are supposed to be able to sleep. We were assured before moving in that there have not been any complaints and that everything would be great. Since we could not view our apartment until move in day, we were obviously surprised. We have been told that it would be fixed and that they would do all they could to help but that has now gone out the window. Not even the weather stripping was replaced on the windows that is clearly gone. It’s not easy sleeping here. All other aspects have been ok but quite honestly, we were lied to about the noise level.

So far, everything is amazing. Nikaya was so amazing in helping me get set up, and I moved in over the weekend. The whole process was so easy, and I have a good feeling it's going to stay that way. The amenities are beautiful, the apartments are spacious, and everything is well-maintained. Big fan(:

Great move in process! The staff was friendly and great to work with. The unit was cleaned prior to move in with no issues at all. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly.

First time renting. Great location. Very impressed with security. Very pleased with Venue. Excellent layout. Looking forward to using workout facilities and the lap pool.

Great especially for the price! A few issues with the apartment when we moved in but maintenance and the team were very helpful and got all of our issues fixed right away!

I’ve been a resident at the Venue Big Creek for 4 years and have never had any issues. The neighborhood is safe. The office staff is phenomenal. The maintenance team responds quickly to all requests. This complex is clean, pet friendly, and great for walking!

Just arrived and I’m already in love with the community! Is a fancy and luxury style living and so quiet neighborhood. I’m planning to stay for a while living here.

It’s been great!! I really love the staff and the pool. We are having to move for reasons beyond our control and we are so sad to say goodbye to our venue home!

Maintenance is good and clean. I will recommend staying here if any one looking for apartments near Alpharetta . Good place to stay and amenities are awsome

I have called Venue home since 2018! I truly love my “Pod” as I affectionately call my apartment. The staff here are exceptional, friendly and always accommodating for all requests. Having lived in Alpharetta for 20 years at various communities, Venue has been the best out of all. God willing this will continue to be my home. I love the location of my apartment as it is not far from my work or my parents! I’ve been here for 5 years now and definitely call it home!

The apartments are beautiful, not to mention the entire complex. The lawns and gardens are always maintained beautifully. The staff are always very pleasant and helpful. The neighbors are all nice and it's a quiet, and friendly place to live!

Fantastic apartment complex! The front office is friendly and helpful. Maintenance is quick to respond. The amenities are amazing especially for a family. The pool is incredible, there are three different gym rooms that cater to whatever you need, and there is a free coffee machine in the lobby!

Apartment is good but was not cleaned properly before we moved-in. They issue the key that you return when you move out but they charge non-refundable fee for the key. Besides the application fees and the Deposit, you are also asked to pay Admin fee of $200 (non-refundable).

It is a quiet and well-kept place. The apartments are comfortable. The common areas are clean. The social areas are comfortable and very modern. The office area is very functional.

Well appointed apartments that are generally quiet. Top amenities for residents. Convenient location. Great communication from the main office.

We have lived here at The Venue at Big Creek for 5 months now and have truly enjoyed living here. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They host events in the lounge for every holiday and it shows how much they care about their community here. The maintenance personnel are on point! They take care of issues immediately, no matter how big or small. Highly recommend The Venue at Big Creek!!

Just renewed my lease for the third time. Not much has changed since I moved in aside from the high rent hike last year. The community is safe and quiet and clean. Maintenance issues are attended to right away. Not much to complain about.

I’m the very first resident here after this apartment was built and I love it. Everything has been fantastic. 6 years or more and I have no complaints at all. I love my neighborhood and the people here. The staff is amazing and always helpful of anything you need.
