Stretched along the bay just east of Downtown San Francisco, Mission Bay is one of the city's most sought-after neighborhoods. This trendy neighborhood is also home to the UCSF Mission Bay research campus. In addition to a variety of shops and restaurants, Mission Bay is home to some terrific parks with amazing views, including Mission Creek Park, Mission Bay Kids' Park, and Mission Bay Commons Park.

Overall it is a nice place. The clubhouse could use a pool table of ping pong or something where people can socialize around an activity, There should be security more visible overnight. The apartments are nice we have great closets and the layout is well designed to maximize the square footage

I took a lot of time to research where I wanted to live when I moved to San Francisco. Since I would be working in Silicon Valley, it was important for me to live close to the SF Caltrain station. This location is a 7-minute walk from the station. One of the main reasons for choosing Venue was for how new and clean the building felt. It doesn't feel like the building is over-used and crammed with residents, like MB360 across the street. I feel like I have my space here. I also like the floor plans that this building offers and found a 1-bedroom with the perfect floor plan for my needs: the "Taft". It was actually really difficult finding the right-sized apartment in San Francisco that had in-suite laundry, wasn't wasting floor space, and not too many amenities that I know I would never use. I ended up waiting for this specific floorplan to come available and grabbed it as soon as it came available. The rental process was also made simple since Venue has an online platform that shows all available rental units, the rental rates, and also allows you to make rental payments online as well. It's super simple. Finally, the management staff in the leasing office was very helpful and gave me a lot of advice that helped inform my apartment-search process. This will also be one of the main reasons why I will choose to stay at Venue.
