Upon arrival, I noticed the clean and beautiful apartments, so I couldn’t wait to see the inside. I had the pleasure of meeting one of the young ladies in the office, Ms. Dyson I hope. She was so sweet. She showed me around the property and helped cover a lot of great information about the each apartment. I look forward to returning.

Really bad management. Extra fees that you’re not told about. What you walk though isn’t what you get. Poor maintenance. Bugs. Water is shut off constantly. Appliances are really old. Half of everything is broken. Constantly smells like trash. Soft car wash doesn’t work and gross. Looks really good on the outside and really bad and old on the inside. You cannot get good WiFi out here. Their is never anyone up front at the office and always a sign saying they will be back and they won’t be back at that time. You’re not allowed to keep like anything on the porch. Enough said?

We are about 6 weeks out. Also, interior renovations are about to start as well and you could move into a newly renovated home. We apologize about you not being able to reach us, we have been short staffed and many times there is only one person in the office. They are unorganized and change employees consistently. They have no regard for correct information or others time. I have lived with them going on the end of my second lease and I am happily leaving only because they are inconsistent. I have always paid my rent online and without any notification they are charging people to pay their rent. I understand if paid with ach because it’s not certified funds but you charge me $27 to pay my rent on time with my debit card which is ridiculous!!

Neighbors...loud loud loud!!!!! Constantly slamming doors. Idk if it's a ball or someone jumping, but omg.... absolutely no respect for their neighbors. Sick of disrespectful people. Heck you just moved in...jeez And I just moved in as well. It's gonna be a long 9 more months. The apartment complex itself is a little pricey but nice and the gate could use a bar as well so people can't follow u in.

Veranda Estates is not worth the $1000 rent. Let me count the reasons. The neighbors are loud at night and like to turn the bass so you can feel the floor vibrate. You will end up getting charged $200 in additional monthly fees/"services" on top of your rent and GA Power bill. Due to location near a pond, your shower will mildew despite regular cleaning with bleach. The window frames will mildew due to condensation. The security gate is a joke, as everyone just piggybacks off the last 1-2 cars to get in. The porches are covered with slippery algae and slime and are unusable. They say they will pressure wash, one day. Might as well save your money and live in any of the other run-down apartments in Gwinnett County.
