We’ve been here a month and a half and we love it. It’s quiet besides our upstairs neighbor that stomps instead of walk like a normal person. Trash compactor gets full and stays full often. They offer $30 parking which I don’t mind because it’s crowded. Maintenance is new so they’re catching up. Office staff is nice and friendly, responds to calls and emails quickly. Definitely can’t wait until they change the laundry room to a Amazon locker that would be a plus. A play ground would be nice but they do have a pool.

I moved here recently and gotta say that it’s been good so far. Maintenance request have been resolved in a reasonable time. The customer service from Taydum is on point too.

If you want to pay additional $250 or More on top of your rent you found your place… I looked at the break down of the additional charges can you believe we are paying for the street lights! The trash compactor was out for at least 3 months, they never take care of service requests in a timely manner, office is unresponsive and not In the office and if they are in there they have a note on door.they now offering $30 for private parking and charging another $18 building protection fee ON TOP OF YOUR renters insurance you Have to purchase … the process fee ?… the list goes on.. I am terrified to open their emails or see something from the office because surprise!! it’s another fee. The management must change “hilltop residential” is doing a horrible job at Veranda Knolls.

One of the worst apartment complexes I have ever lived at. When we moved in, there were about 10 things that needed to be fixed right off the start. When we reached out about it, we were blamed that we never did a "pre-move in inspection". It was obvious they never did an inspection themselves, because 9/10 things were obvious such as outlets not working, garbage disposal not working, etc. Our PO box doesn't even shut and still doesn't shut as we are writing this. In the three months we have lived here, we have submitted over 25 service requests, all which take days after days to complete. In my 7 years renting, this is probably more requests than all my other places combined. We have had multiple service requests be marked as "completed", when no one has ever come look at anything. Once one thing is "fixed", another item breaks. God forbid you have a maintenance emergency, because their emergency line is the same as their leasing office. And if it's past office hours for them, you're stuck with whatever emergency you have until you can finally reach them on the phone after calling 5+ times in the morning. Please save yourself the headache and find another complex to rent at. Just because we are stuck in this lease doesn't mean you have to be too.

Don’t move here. Simple as that. Management is the worst I have ever seen. They are never in the office, they are impossible to get ahold of on the phone.... then they claim they are always there.... that’s a total lie. Things break and don’t get fixed for months. I have a hard time believing the people who run this place would just be ok with it if it was their apartments. I moved here as a professional moving up in my career and needed a place close to atlanta and quick, well I completely regret my decision to choose this place. Management does not care about anyone living here or the way it’s run. Just look elsewhere. I can’t wait until my lease is up.

I moved to Atlanta from Ohio in February and moved in a 3 bedroom at Veranda Knolls not certain how many of my 3 children would be joining me. Turns out none of them did! I just transferred to one of their Roommate Apartments (has 2 masters). In both cases the office staff was professional and wonderful. The community is quiet and beautiful. I highly recommend!! Magnolia in the office is tremendous to work with and goes out of her way to not only assist with anything you need but also make sure the community is a great place to live. If you are looking in the area I highly recommend Veranda Knolls!
