This apartment complex may not be as new as some of the others around. But they have done an excellent job at making it feel like home. the Office ladies Ana and Stefanie are great at their jobs and Hugo the maintenance worker is quick with any requests.
Renew is amazing! Super beautiful and quiet. Anna and Stephanie are helpful whenever we have any questions.

I have lived at Renew Mills for 5 months and I DO NOT have ONE Complaint! This is by far the friendliest and cleanest complexes I have ever lived in. The Staff all around is amazing with a HUGE Shout out to Ana and Stef in the leasing office and Hugo the head of the Maintenance Department.

I love it here. I have lived here many years. The girls in the office are so nice and throw the best events. Hands down Ana and Stefanie are doing a great job. Property is well maintained, even though there is always tenants who don't want to use trash cans. Hugo does the best he can and is responsive and efficient with request. Entire team is quick to help.
