This affordable small town is 10 minutes from both destinations, making it a great option for commuters, students, faculty, and staff. Although the town is calm and peaceful, the community unites during special events throughout the year. The Boo Bash, Cardboard Boat Regatta, and the Star-Spangled Boom are just some examples of fun-filled events that bring neighbors and friends together.
For fun, you can find residents at East River Landing, boating and riding bikes. Property Ratings at Verandas North
My partner and I lived at Verandas North and lost so many possessions and got sick from the mold in the apartment. It was on the windowsills and walls, was dripping from the ceiling, and it stained the carpet. One of our bedroom walls was soft and bowed in when touched. It was such a strain on our physical and mental health that we decided to move out early. They charged us a lease termination fee WHEN WE WERE LIVING IN MOLD and charged us an additional fee when we couldn’t clean it because their maintenance team gave it a wipe down but disrupted spores, making it unsafe for us to be there. The problem is the building and they won’t fix it. Additionally, living there is so loud. We were always hearing our neighbors walk around, TVs from other apartments and the FIGHTS people got into. Want to cook a meal? Be sure to call the fire department first when your stove inevitably sets off the fire alarm! Also, the amenity fee is for what amenities? There aren’t any. No gym (unless you feel like lifting some weights right next to the property manager), no dog park, no pool, no amenities. They will also try to make you leaving there hell, and trust me, it won’t take long til you’ll want to leave.

I haven't seen a renovation that look as nice as the apartments here. Any other comparable apartment in Dayton is like $500 more dollars per month!
The property recently came under new management and it has been a complete breath of fresh air. The newly renovated apartments are by far the nicest in the area. So excited about the new things to come at Verandas North!
I just moved to Dayton and these were the first I looked at Raeanne is super sweet and helpful but those apartments are absolutely stunning- talk about luxury!
These apartments are gorgeous! And Raeanne was so helpful - I am excited to move in!
