Property Ratings at Verano Townhomes
Viewing the unit and learning about the property was delightful. The move in process was slightly frustrating as far as providing documents when it comes to the digital era and everything is not digital ready, the lack of assistance or physically providing documents is not acceptable. Otherwise we are very pleased and happy with the property so far.
I really love this community! It is quiet, affordable, and close to great shopping. The best thing about living here has been the staff. They are so friendly, helpful, and they know you by name. It's wonderful! There are so many positive things that they do for families in need.
I enjoyed every day of living in Verano how the community is and how clean the area has been. When we first stepped foot in the townhouse we felt it as a home.
The entire process was really simple and easy. Keisha was EXTREMELY helpful, nice, professional and kept me updated with everything. The community is really nice. Very family oriented. My favorite feature is the kids club for the kiddos.
I have had a great experience from the beginning to moving in. I enjoy how peaceful the environment is at night. The people are very friendly. My kids love it.

Overall good place to live minus the hot tubs not working. You can pay for an HOA fob to have access to other HOA pool sites. The kids club is also nice for the working parent.

The unit that I was moving into wasn’t properly cleaned or fixed. When a new tenant is moving, you would think that maintenance would do a good job re-painting (if needed) and fixing any damaged/broken things but nope

My grands have had a great time with the kids clubs staff. Very beautiful soul Ms. Melissa is. The office staff was wonderful helping my grand daughter get a package that was stuck in the Amazon boxes. The working staff the keeps stuff clean has always been help! Thank you all.

I enjoy my complex because the staff goes out of their way to make sure our needs are met. The new staff that trims the Kid Club does different activities for the kids. For example she put together a Halloween party For them and their families. She had contacted Cox and they provided all of the candy. It was an extremely fun event and many of the residents and their kids showed up in costume.

We have an awesome management team here at Verano!! That's very hard to find now a days because some start out great then start slacking w the communication or even answering the phones. Too Expensive. SRP is the highest I’ve ever paid. AC has to be on constantly to keep cool. Tons of kids running around the property 24/7. They constantly yell and scream. Neighbors do not pick up after their dogs!! Their dogs go on bushes that are literally right in front of your front door. It’s gross. Smells like dog urine outside, especially after the sprinklers have been on. Sprinklers spray every direction so can’t walk the sidewalks without getting soaked. Fitness center isn’t great. Equipment is old, several don’t function. 3 nice TVs in there but you can’t even watch them cause the remote only turns on one & can’t even change any channels. I’ve sent requests to fix but been ignored. Birds everywhere that get your car with bird droppings. I do like that there is a school next door so it’s convenient, However my kids hate the school. Also, the ladies in the office are very nice. Lastly, outside lights aren’t on at night so walking to my car or mailbox is very dark & trash is far

Neighbors are friendly and respectful. Staff are attentive and personable and prompt with service request. The complex is well kept. This is a great areas and the community spirit thrives. We have been here for 12 years and seen some of the up and downs of this place. We've seen the property staff get switched. The Manager here now is very caring understanding and helpful with her residents. She has been very helpful with our situations that have came up and definitely has worked with us. To me there is no better manager than Saige. She is the best manager.

have lived here over 20 years early on great place with extended family and child of school age.have always felt safe in the complex.the area I am in is adults at this time so nice a quiet.any issues with the unit taken care of quickly and efficiently.staff friendly and helpful.

The people appear friendly. The complex advertised mobility accessibility however everything I have experienced has been the opposite. Parking is rather far limited mobility parking. Can't independently get in my apartment, need a ramp. It's not mobility accessibile.

Management is not attentive to the real issues or concerns in which tenants have. It appears to always be up charges for something but they always delay in response and responsibilities they need to handle.

This complex is a nice place to live. The office and maintenance staff stay on top of things! For families, they have many activities for the children, and quality schools are in walking distance. Ahwatukee is a nice, safe area with lots of shopping nearby.

A great location, spacious townhomes, wonderful staff, and community pools make this a top choice for homes in the area. Close to schools and parks with several restaurants within walking distance.

The community is very nice and has lots of good amenities. It was great being able to use the hoa services of nearby communities to go to the pool and play pickleball. The only downside is they are doing repairs often.

Not as advertised. Information given on two walk through did not occur. We were told that when a person moves out the apartment is renovated and once it's on the website we could apply. NOT TRUE.

Our move in was not what we expected. An unfinished unit that still needed a lot of work and that wasn’t ready for move in was unexpected and disappointing.

So far everyone is nice. I'm in a decent location. The neighborhood is very kid friendly. Just slow to fix issues in the home. But it gets done.

Amazing, great place to live. Nearby plenty of stores and shopping centers. Nearby freeway entrance. Highly recommended. Great people here. Great workers as well.

I like the apartment and the grounds are well maintained. The management staff have been very helpful and easy to talk to. The location of the townhomes is very good for the ability to get to different places. Finally, they do offer events which I think is excellent whether you have kids or even for the adults.

pretty good . nice neighborhood. we had a spot with really nice trees but they were cut and disfigured unreasonably which decreased shade in hot summer months and made aesthetic less beautiful. it was the main reason we chose that location, so kinda disappointed. also price for monthly rent is pretty high, we got in at good rate but its a bit expensive or what you get. all said and done, it has been a satisfying experience and would recommend others to liver here
