In general, I like this place. My apartment is amazing and the price is generally good. The communication with the front office is terrible if you need something from them. They will accidentally charge you for things you shouldn’t be charged for and it takes months to clear that up. Also, the hot tub has not been working for over a year now with no explanation.

A gorgeous apartment. Sara assisted me throughout my move in process and was very helpful and keeps tabs on me! Also maintenance are very quick to respond. The apartment is very quiet from the city life, but very close to Pearl St and CU Boulder. Everyone in the complex is also super nice and respectful. I love it here so far!

The apartments have a great layout and the little community is lovely with the walk in the woods and the yoga area. The gym is also quite useful and the pool and outside area is so nice! Importantly, the maintenance is usually very quick to respond and take action. Overall, I have lived here for 1.5 years and love it. The only thing is, the hot tub has been broken for over 6 months :(

Good location, usually quiet neighborhood, decent community facilities. Apartments themselves are nice, though renovations cut a lot of corners and so things are constantly breaking. My biggest issue is that the management/ownership have changed at least 4 x since I've lived here. This isn't anyone's fault but it is challenging as a long-term resident to be adjusting to new rules and methods of communication, rent payments, and lease tweaks when you're faced with just a different out of state corporation buying your property year after year. My feedback for the management team - whoever they might currently be - is to clearly lay out any changes to leases and norms that residents can expect when they take over so we feel more like valued tenants and less like just walking rent payments.

My wife and I enjoy our beautiful apartment in Verdant. We have a lovely view of the mountains from our room and living room and our balcony feels like a little tree house. The staff have all been very friendly, from the maintenance team to the office staff. We only wish we could spend more time there! :)
Beautiful neighborhood, apartments are cozy and modern inside. Great location with easy access to transportation within Boulder as well as to DIA, Denver, and elsewhere. Price is very high, mostly on par with Boulder but definitely steep.

Verdant is one of the best complexes in Boulder in terms of floor plans and amenities. There are very few places with in-unit washers and dryers, and Verdant has wonderful covered porches, beautiful green space throughout the complex, and good open parking options - something other and/or new complexes do NOT have. I loved my apartment layout and would have lived there much longer if I had stayed in Boulder. For the price, its definitely the best place to be in East Boulder!

Crystal and Ranae have done a fantastic job in the leasing office since Greystar took over the complex. They are great about sending updates to the community and making everyone feel welcome. I appreciate the gestures such as the gift wrapping station and holiday party. Thanks for all you do!

I have lived at Verdant for about 10 months now and am very happy. Now that the community is under new management things have gotten a lot better. I really feel that they care about there tenants and they have helped us replace our washer and drier and fix other minor issues with our apartment quickly. My wife and I couldn't imagine renting anywhere else in Boulder and plan on staying here until we buy our first home.
I couldnt be happier with Verdant! Everyone on staff is personable, kind, and intentional in their care for tenants. They coordinated to find a unit with all the features I was hoping for, then went out of their way to get it ready ahead of schedule. They were quick (Im talking a matter of a couple hours) to address any issues I noticed upon move-in; and the maintenance manager, Chris, very thoughtfully waited for me to be home to do the work after noticing that my dogs tail was tucked when he opened the door without me there. I really cant say enough good things about my experience so far.
Provided new management office over phone with various concerns months ago that were never addressed. Can we at least get rid of the abandoned cars in our parking lots?

This property is "updated," but what that really means is they just slapped paint on top of everything and did a horrible job at that. They do not clean the apartment before you move in, mine was dirty and there was grime all over my bathroom. I also spent the day cleaning my apartment when I moved out, much more clean than it was when I moved in, and they kept my security deposit for it being "dirty." This company will nickel and dime you every chance you get. The management here is a whole other story. Eleanor, one of the leasing agents, told me on multiple occasions that there are certain costs I would not have to pay when I switched units. She even put this in an email to me. When I switched units, all of the costs that I "didn't have to pay" were posted on my resident portal. When I called Eleanor to figure out why I am seeing these costs, she told me I have to pay them and proceeded to hang up on me. The location of these apartments are poor, it is considered almost the outskirts of Boulder and it causes you to have to drive everywhere you need to go. Overall, since they raised the price of these apartments by several hundred dollars anyway, I think you can find a better option in Boulder.

Horrible service these days! Quality of their service is worst these days. People at leasing center are not that useful. recent, adhoc maintenance works and poor communication from leasing office regarding the work.

rude people in the office and they are judgmental. Dog poop everywhere! also the front office has sent back 3 of my packages because they forgot I lived here!?!
Verdant pays residence to submit good reviews beware!!! Mold, horrible staff, broken sink when we moved in, broken washer when we moved in, and sever broken faucet that was not fixed for over three months.
Don't live here unless u want to get sick from mold! Or if ou don't want a washer for over a month

Management only cares about getting new residents into the apartments and nothing else. Once you're a resident they'll sacrifice your quality of life to fill apartments at any opportunity. I was living in these apartments before they were sold & bought by this property management company & it has been such a noticeable & disappointing transition. Management only cares about getting new residents into the apartments and nothing else. Once you're a resident they'll sacrifice your quality of life to fill apartments at any opportunity. It's all a big show to get you into a lease then it's all down hill from there. If you like to having to call multiple times to get anything fixed properly, having rude management, and then being charged above & beyond your deposit for normal wear & tear after living in your apartment for three years than the Verdant is for you. I was living in these apartments before they were sold & bought by this property management company & it has been such a noticeable & disappointing transition. The apartments are beautiful but, in my experience, the management company will not care about you as a tentant... even though I always paid on time & never had a complaint.

I have lived here for 2 years and I cannot say that I would recommend it. Throughout multiple problems with 2 different leasing companies & various construction all last year, including some incompetent painters, this is not the ideal community it promotes itself as. I can hear everything my neighbors on each side do, even down to hearing their morning alarm clock. That is not even halfway decent sound insulation. I often have to shovel my own front walkway. They do not put always down ice-melt in dangerous areas or on the outside steps. For almost a year now they have had the pool out of service, and well over a year (2 maybe?) since the hot tub was working, after most of a year they finally opened the fitness area again recently after closing it for remodeling, there have been more than a few amenities promised that have not been available all last year. They are now increasing the rent to a price above what the value is in comparison to other properties in Boulder. You can shop around town for a same size space in a newer building made of better materials and insulation, in both sound & temperature. Did I mention how poor the insulation to the outside is? The sliding glass doors & front door is so poorly insulated I feel the outside much more than I do at other apartments I've lived in. This is an old property with old buildings & the problems that go with old buildings, but being priced at a premium price comparable to much nicer properties in town. Do not be fooled by promises of wonderful amenities, they are consistently giving email updates as to why we can't use them yet. I am not renewing my lease because I have shopped around & in less than an hour I found other nearby properties for less in rent & nicer in quality.
