So far so good no complaints nice area confirmed look accessible to a lot of things great area seems to be a quiet place nice leasing office
Units and amenities are nice, I just wish people would stop letting their dogs pee in the hallways. It would also be nice if we could get the courtyard grills working again. It seems like amenities that break are left unfixed.
I love the atmosphere and how everyone is so friendly. They're also so patient. I'll be moving in this coming Friday and I can't wait to call this place home.
In the beginning it was really nice but it had gone down hill just a bit . But I will say I love my actual apartment space. I wish people would be a bit more respectful and responsible with the noise and there pets
Deben preocuparse por la continuidad en la limpieza tanto en los pasillos como en el parking. Hasta la fecha no solucionan el problema de la puerta de acceso en el parqueo, es peligroso porq puede ingresar personas ajenas a los apartamentos. Ya ingresaron y robaron en mi apartamento. Me llegaron medicinas y jamás los recibí, a pesar de que se puso en los locker luxer one. Como es posible eso?
The leasing agent and management have been so helpful and kind. The apartment is so cute and I am excited about my move! I will be back with an update a few months into my lease.
Walls are a bit thin, neighbors leave doors open often, and garage is always broken. Office staff is nice and neighbors have all been very nice.
Enjoyed my move in so far 1 month in we remind it to other people too, neighbors are nice and the place has a great view. Close to everything too
Ney and the rest of the staff were very welcoming. The process from tour to signing the lease was easy and smooth. I really appreciate the security features of the complex. The amenities here are great! From the pool, gym, pet grooming area, valet trash, and the transit area! It’s a HUGE plus having a light rail station right across from the building.
My resident experience has been wonderful. Friendly and helpful staff. Friendly neighbors. Clean hallways. Clean lobby and elevators. Trash pickup is good and quiet. I am enjoying everything about the property.
This complex is very clean and quiet ; I wish I would have found this place sooner. I love it here

Serene atmosphere, and the fact that the train station is just behind the complex. The mail room is very secure which I doubt if there's going to be any issue concerning missing mail.

Staff and maintenance are amazing. Only issue is the floors seem to be very thin, I can hear my upstairs neighbor talking, walking, yelling, and their kids running around. Also some residents let their pets use the bathroom in the hallways and even elevator

I love living here. By far my favorite apartment I’ve lived in since moving to Charlotte 4 years ago. Amenities are fantastic and the leasing team does a lot of cool events for the residents here. 10/10!

Verde at McCullough Station is a great community to become apart of. I have to say my reason boil down to the unit sizes, affordable pricing, amenities, surrounding area and its convenient location. The professional, friendly, supportive and respectful staff is also a great reason. Our community is very much home and our courtesy office and security personnel are sure of that. I can list a few more reasons but there’s nothing like coming in to tour the property for yourself, the views from some places of the building are beautiful.

Very nice facility. You can tell the staff works hard to keep it up. Maintenance has been on it with any work orders I’ve placed and office staff is extremely responsive. Every complex has their quirks but I would rent here again if I could.

A great place for us train commuters to live if you want a luxury experience that's not right in the middle of uptown. Maintenance is extremely responsive and fast. It's easy to get hold of the office. Every month you get fun little events going on!

Overall a nice place. Quiet at night so far. Few loud neighbors during the day but not an issue. Very convenient living experience for a businessman.

Great living experience here. Maintenance very quick. Garage inside so your car is in a safe place. I'd definitely recommend to anyone who's lookin to live in Charlotte. It's closed to all shopping center, light train station, surrounding with great restaurants

The move-in process was very easy. I loved my floor plan and all of the natural light. The staff is nice and helpful. I actually recommended Verde to a co-worker that will be moving from out of town soon.

For the price, you can move to a better condo. Theres loud music. Nasty residence that have food and trash all over the place. Maintenance never fix any of your request. The parking garage isnt safe. There always the smell Id weed in the elevator. Not worth it.

This place is perfect! The amenities, the service, and the convenience of the lightrail being literally across the street is amazing. The commute to anywhere you can think of is no more than 25-30 minutes which is crazy!

A pleasant place to live. Quiet neighborhood. New building with all the great perks such as pool, gym and in unit washer and dryer. Short commute to Downtown Charlotte and easy access to i85. Close to major grocery and retail stores and good restaurants.
