Verde Vue Apartments

I love it here. The management team are always helpful, friendly and supportive. I’ve been here for a few years now and I would not change the team that are in place. The office and maintenance management team are the greatest.

This is a great community, Thats kind, friendly and supportive. The property is well-maintained. Activities are many and fun. I enjoy being here

The property is nice, the apartment is spacious. Had a maintenance issue, they came pretty quickly-I like that???? It's nice a quiet in the community-i like that also????????

Erica has been wonderful and works super hard to meet the needs of the residents. Only thing that can for sure get better is work orders. I’m very patient but I know they are struggling to get people to be able to get the request done in timely manner.

The ladies that work in the The office are awesome sweet and nice. My 1st time moving in they made sure everything was great and clean for me.

I love my apartment the young ladies that work in the office is very nice and professional they answered all my questions making everything clear

Work orders aren't complete all the time. They come check and maybe handle the problem. I just think the maintenance crew isn't doing their job

I have been here almost a year and I’ve been having issues with maintenance getting things done since day one of move in!!! Parking is also an issue!!! The staff is hit and miss when it comes to kindness and friendliness…NO ONE really communicates with you about issues concerning maintenance!!!

So far so good! Just getting settled into my new apartment! Everyone in the staff is super nice and extremely helpful throughout every part of the application process and move in

Very nice place wonderful management however communication and meeting punctuality could be better. I was met with a smile and friendliness, but was promised a tour of my own unit two weeks before I moved in and was only able to get a peek the day I signed the lease.

This place is amazing. Has a park and a pool in the complex. Maintenance is great and always working hard. Parking can be a challenge but other than that this place is great

So far so good, everyone does a great job in ensuring the community has a great living experience, they also make sure they are available to their residents always. I’m really appreciative of that.

Good staff, great community, and good location to many things in this city. Love digital platform for residence. The process was easy and upfront to live here.

I’m really enjoying my experience here at Verde Vue so far it’s very peaceful and quiet everyone is friendly staff is amazing upfront in the leasing office also can’t forget about the maintenance crew that works very hard every day to make our place better to live in.

Great place to live. Super spacious, has two rooms, two floors and even has a sunroom which I love. Good place for your plants if you have any

Great square footage for the price. Old but hey, we’re in the south and everything’s old. Good location to shopping, downtown Savannah and easy access to highways and freeway.

We like the area we live in due to it being convenient for our work location. The neighbors are nice. We like the park as well our daughter loves to go there.

Staff is very friendly. I love it here so far haven’t had any problems.i would recommend this to someone who is looking for a fast move in. The process was very smooth and easy.

I have enjoyed my stay here at Verde Vue apartments . They are Quiet and peaceful community. They are growing to be come a better community.

Check in was smooth. There were minor issues with the townhome, but So far so good. The staff was friendly and customer service was awesome.

My husband and mayor of the community and our puppers have been here since 2018. Location is ideal and there are plenty of restaurants and things to do! The pool is very nice and the doggy park and playground for kids. We love our neighbors!

I always recommend Verde Vue Apt because ....staff is very very helpful responsible maintenance employer...Apts are very comfortable with big spacious

We really like living here. We have no issues with neighbors. Good location and there’s a mini gym, dog park, kids park and a pool which is nice.

Just moved in with my spouse and our littles. So far so good. Our kids love it, I feel it’s a very welcoming neighborhood, easily accessible, spacious units. The office staff is great. Will check back in for a 3 month review.

We just moved in and we love it ! The leasing staff is so friendly and the consoles is amazing !! I’m obessed with the pool and the gym here !

It is an ok place to live we have been here almost two years and only had one vehicle break in only a few issues with maintenance or management other than that it’s an ok place

Awesome, Great, excellent, professional, friendly, and helpful. Made moving easy and less stressful. Will recommend to family and friends. The staff is very knowledgeable and organized.

A little loud with music coming from cars that pass thru the parking lot. And some apartments have music turned up too loud. It’s almost as bad as the planes flying over which we are use too! We love the location it’s central to everything. The pool is very nice in the summer time and there’s a doggy park!

I really enjoy the community. The park is close for our home so we can watch the kids from the window. It’s quiet in our area. The other tenants are very nice. Were also not too far from the grocery store, mall and other stores that are useful.

Verde Vue Apartments is a nice place to live. Every now and then and for the holidays the front office hosts an event that all residents are invited to. I like the fact that they host events.

Nice place to live. There are nice apartments and townhouses that you can live in. There is a pool and gym at the leasing office that you can use when open.

Nice quiet peaceful community. Conveniently located by the mall and a host of restaurants, this is the perfect place to live. I recently moved in and it’s been a pleasure since day one .

Very comfortable. So thankful I applied. The home is beautiful. I get mad everyday I have to leave lol. Leasing office staff is amazing beyond amazing .

I love it here!!!! Especially the management team. Ms. Erica is the best property manager I’ve ever experienced thus far. She is so helpful, respectful and caring towards the residents. Maintenance team is an A1 unit!!!!!!! No complaints about anything in this community. I’d recommend it to everyone.

My husband and I moved in not too long ago and we love it here. All of the staff are so polite and accommodating. They have such a good price point for the amount of space you get. These apartments are probably one of the best places to live in Savannah.

Verde Vue is a great apartment complex! I enjoy living here, especially compared so some old apartments I've lived in. First of all, I have a LOT of space for my stuff, and I don't pay an overwhelming amount of money for rent. Other apartments in the area are so much more expensive and smaller. They've been upgrading things around here, too! They've built a playground, and upgraded the pool furniture. I've lived here for about 2 1/2 years now and I don't have any issues. I don't live in one of their renovated apartments, so I come across some issues sometimes, but the maintenance team is very quick to respond. It is also super easy to get into contact with the leasing office. I like it here!!

I previously stayed on this property in 2021. I eventually moved out but return. The property is very quiet. The maintenance staff completely all work orders in a timely manner. The office staff is very friendly and always gives a warm welcoming. Whenever I have concerns or questions, they get back to me very fast. I look forward to the monthly events and gatherings. I can definitely say the entire staff works very hard and aim to please every resident.

Any time we have any maintenance issues and we send up a request they’re usually here within the next day.

Quiet community, staff is friendly. Some of the largest floor plans for the price! Less aggressive breeds would be nice, this lost them the five star rating.

It is a great community that has wonderful management. It would be great if the emergency maintenance number actually worked or if tenants were notified when amenity pass codes were updated.

The office staff is helpful, the neighborhood is safe and interactive. Overall the apartments would be a better place to live if there weren’t so many maintenance issues.

The neighborhood is very quiet. Me and my daughter love our new home. Even though when we first moved in there were quit a few repairs needed to be fix but maintenance came right out and fix everything!

This apts complex is awesome ..very quiet awesome leasing office staff....maintance guys always on time for a service and repairings..complex is clean

The entire process was very easy. The young lady in the front office was very nice and updated us on everything. The move in process was very smooth. We did the walk through and everything looked good

The girls in the office was great. They took care of my concerns and made moving smooth sailing. The initial move in date made the fees go up higher, but the girls in the office worked with me and gave me the price around the initial application fee once it was time to move in. Thank you!!!!

It's been quiet and nice neighbors and neighborhood. The maintenance Crew get repairs done in a timely manner and help keep the area clean. There some new things that had been add lately which gives the area a more beautiful sight.

1.) Amenities could be cleaner and better maintained (washers are filled with stagnant water) 2.) Grounds aren’t maintained well (dog poop everywhere and kids throwing food on ground causing rodents and dogs to eat it) 3.) Kids are always running around not looking twice when cars are around
