It has only been a few months living at Verge but I have zero complaints! The location is phenomenal and the building is always clean. I’ve seen some new faces in the office, but those I’ve met, have always been courteous and efficient with any of my needs. So far so good!

I love living here! Everyone is so nice and it's definitely a wonderful location! This is a very pet friendly building but it never smells like animals and you wouldn't even be able to tell that pets live here.. they have an Awesome pet of the month and it's always so fun to see all the animals on there. The amenities are pretty cool. The maintence is wonderful! Very friendly, super helpful and never had to wait longer than a full business day to get anything fixed. There's cleaning staff in the building constantly, so it's always so clean. I've not had too many interactions with management but that's also a plus because it just means everything is going great. If you're looking for a place to live, look no further! The verge is a wonderful option for everyone :)

Amazing apartments, maintenance requests are fixed the same day we put in the request, walls a really soundproof! Every neighbor we have seen has been kind and welcoming!

We moved into our apartment with a lot of excitement. However we have not had a good experience so far. Our apartment was very gross when we moved in as well as needing several repairs. The previous renters left trash and belongings, there was hair all over the floor, blood on the bathroom wall. Since we didn’t discover how unclean it was until after all our things were moved in, we spent the first few weeks cleaning all the rooms. We asked management to reimburse us for our first month, all they offered us was to have the apartment cleaned. Which we had already done. Not a great start to living at the Verge.

I love the lay out and location of the apartment, there are nice perks and good safety. However, there have a been a lot of electrical outages and interruptions

The Verge staff is always so helpful and kind! You cannot beat the amenities that Verge offers as well as the beautiful neighborhood. I would highly recommend this apartment building.

The verge always responds to my maintenance requests in a timely manner and are always present whenever I have any questions! I really appreciate it!

We love living at the Verge. It is quiet, safe and well kept. Staff are beyond helpful and kind. Great neighborhood. You can walk to almost anything you need. The park behind the building is wonderful.

Great management staff and the room is very nice and up to date. They have good amenities and the location is in a fantastic spot. Can easily walk across to Target to grab anything I would need!

Beautiful building and everything has been great so far. A couple of small maintenance things but all in all the room is great and everything has been going well.

Everything here is set up so nicely and the management is focused, knowledgeable, and very welcoming. Many convenient places nearby to shop and the vending machines are great for that random 4 am snack

Living here has been a wonderful experience. I have never lived at an apartment complex so clean and well kept. Neighbors are very friendly and noise levels are kept to a minimum. Also, maintenance is very quick to respond to requests. We had a faulty tank lever in our toilet and a faucet that was experiencing poor pressure and within a day of our request they were out to fix them both! Definitely recommend signing a lease here as soon as there's availability to do so!

Living at the Verge is so convenient for me! Next to a major highway, Target, and within walking distance to Trader Joe's, the library, and biking trails, I can easily get where I need to be within minutes. The facilities are always kept really nice, and the staff is very nice. The only thing missing is a pool!

Although I've only been living here for a short time. I really enjoy the space here as well as the area. Everything is so close to the cities and there are a lot of shopping centers near the Verge

I loved living here. The people are nice and the place is beautiful and close to everything. I feel that all the residents of this complex are one family.

Great place to live! Management and maintenance are prompt when issues arise. Great area and very nice to have the rec center right behind the building. The walking paths are amazing and it's very close to multiple grocery stores.

We appreciate the community we live in. Our neighbors are generally good people who make an effort to be good to each other. The staff are usually helpful. Would recommend The Verge to anyone.

I work with many property management companies in my line of work, and none compete with Lincoln. Leaps and bounds beyond the competition. As a resident, maintenance requests and customer service at the leasing agent level are paramount. Lincoln take these things very seriously, and excel at both. Can’t say enough about the quality of living at Verge.

I love living at the verge! Nice, respectful neighbors and overall a great community. Very convenient location and high quality apartments and amenities.

Been here for a few weeks and it is pretty nice! The amenities are good and the coffee machine is helpful for that stress free morning cup for grab and go.

Move in was very easy with the large loading dock, some small things need to be fixed in the apartment and maintenance came right away! Front desk staff was very helpful and let us know before hand what all needed to be done for paper work before move it.

Living at Verge Apartments has been a very enjoyable experience thus far. The staff is friendly, it is generally a quiet building, and the residents are very friendly. It is also in a great location, with shops and restaurants very close by.

Verge is a great community with vibrant city life mixed with great outdoor activities. Being close to so many parks and the lakes is amazing. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful as well. Great apartment and place to live!

Great move in process - I reserved the loading dock and it was a very easy move with the carts and the service elevator. Overall the apartment has been great!

Easy move, great response to fix thinks less than 24 hours, beautiful view of the city. Everything has been great and accommodating. Also great location across the street from target and LA fitness

Great environment with low noise and kind people, fun events, great in building gym and underground parking. Trail access to the park behind the building with a Trader Joe’s and target that are extremely walkable. Cute neighborhood!

Easy move-in experience! The staff are great with answering questions, making us feel welcome and helping us find the perfect apartment for our needs.

I toured the place and was interested, they told me I had 24 hours to apply and that if I did, the $250 holding fee and the $50 application fee would waived upon move in. I then called the next day and asked if I decided not to move in, would I still get these fees refunded. I was told that I would get the $250 holding fee back, but after letting them know I would not be moving in, they claimed that by signing the application agreement I would not get any money back if I didn’t move in. Overall I felt pressured and completely mislead in my experience.

Good overall experience. New management is freshening things up. Maintenance is responsive to requests. Noise level generally ok except sometimes on weekend nights.

The Verge Apartments are great! When moving in we pulled into a garage so we were out of the snow and we were able to go directly to the service elevator. The building is quiet, I can’t hear traffic or other people within the building unless I’m near my apartment door. There are always resident events going on! I moved to the cities 3 weeks ago and this is a great location to live, near walking/biking trails, right next to grocery stores and a Target, as well as very easily accessible to downtown.

I just moved in after a life changing transition. Smaller apartment with 8th floor view. The cat loves the windows. The Verge employees are very professional, patient, and helpful.

Generally the community is pretty solid. When issues come up the office is quick to address them. I haven’t had any issues with the complex/ground and have always had extremely friendly and helpful service.

After moving to St. Louis Park a couple years ago, this has easily been the best apartment complex I’ve had the opportunity to rent! Highly recommend.

So far so good! Only been here a few days, but love it so far. The residents I've met are super nice and friendly, minus one person who was actually in the process of moving out ?? Roxanne was very helpful getting us moved in!

The Verge is overpriced. Seriously, do a little shopping before you commit to this place although this is an understandable mistake to make. The management is not forthright in anything leaving you to guess what your liabilities are. The management never take any responsibility for anything always blaming it on someone else and forcing the tenant to eat the inconvenience and expense. Never answers emails and you never know who or what you are communicating with as no messages are signed and appear pre packaged. Any values of good faith are incomprehensible to the management as everything has been set up for their self interests. Ironically they try to sell themselves by emphasizing such a great community. Nothing could be further from the truth. This place used to be called 36th Place Apt. I think they changed the name to escape all the negative experiences.

I lived in a two bed, two bath corner unit at Verge for two years. We loved our corner unit with windows on both sides and a view of the Minneapolis skyline. I woke up to seeing the sunrise over Minneapolis nearly every day – it was amazing! The hardwood floors, large bathrooms and full laundry room were huge selling points when we selected our unit. Once moved in and settled, we realized a few flaws with the unit. The kitchen was very tiny with little storage. While the cabinets reach the ceiling, the top two shelves cannot be used for day to day equipment. Both our bedrooms were tiny, which lead to us moving out after two years. It was okay at first, but eventually you are ready for more space. The little to no storage in these units was another reason we left. The issues we had with our unit were manageable, but once the dog moved in, we noticed we really needed more space. Management was the final reason to us moving out. Over the course of two years at Verge, we had 4 different General Managers, a least 5 different Leasing Agents and 3 different Assistant Managers. Maintenance and Concierge staff were constantly rotating (except Anthony). I work in Hospitality Management myself and I know it can be somewhat difficult to always keep a full staff. However, with Management changing every 3 – 6 months, it was difficult to know who to contact for emergencies or even with random questions. Unfortunately, I had issues after moving out. My roommate and I received notification we were being refunded our full security deposit amount, which was amazing. However, it took 4 full months to receive the check. We had emailed different members of management numerous times, made countless phone calls and even visited the office in person. Nothing changed and our frustration grew. We reached out to Saturday Properties themselves and received our check a week later. Verge wasn’t perfect and I had frustrations with management from time to time, but it was home for two years.

Great place to live in the twin cities and the staff are amazing. We have lived in multiple rental apartments within the last 6 years and by far this is the best. Staff is very professional and always willing to help out wherever possible. We will miss living here but we are building a home and will be moving at the end of the year. We will miss you guys. Also you can't beat the location, close to everything the lakes, uptown, downtown and shopping.

Despite the semi-cramped bedroom styles with interesting little alcoves (at least in our layout) I'm very impressed with 36 Park! A little pricey, but worth it. The lease, despite being written by a lawyer, asks a little more than most and our lawyer says it has a concerning amount of "control" over the renters. However we feel the pros outweigh the cons. The complex is kept in top shape, and staff is quick to help us when we need it. I'm a fan.

In recent months changes have been made to the application screening and approval process for renters. It seems 36 Park has become desperate for tenants and as a result our overall experience as residents has significantly diminished. We rented with 36 Park nearly two years ago because of the proximity, security, professional and respectful residents and the upscale feel of the apartments. In just two short years the building is quickly becoming dirty, run down and filled with noisy and disrespectful residents. The building claims to be a smoke-free property but now many units and floors have become ruined by residents smoking indoors. When maintenance or management requests are filed it is very rare that things are completed in a timely fashion or correct the first time around. Often multiple follow-ups are required. Needless-to-say we are counting down the days on our current lease and are even working to get out of our lease early. If you're looking for a truly luxury apartment building, look elsewhere. There are plenty in the Twin Cities area that live up to the claims, 36 Park does not. You're better off not throwing your money away here.

We've lived here for a year and a half now and can't wait until our lease is up. We are even looking to terminate our lease early. When we first moved in we loved it. The building was geared toward young professionals and was quiet and clean. However, over the past few months this place has been having more and more issues. Our floor consistently smells of smoke and the staff has little power to stop this from continuing. The noise level on our floor has gone up with doors slamming shut and loud music playing until the middle of the night during a week day. The screening process for renters is not as great as it used to be. For the amount we pay in rent we aren't getting the experience we pay for. Don't waste your money renting here.

Great location and a beautiful new building, however the management has cut the staff in half and is poorly managed. When we first moved in the building was very well kept and clean. The main areas of the building and hallways are often dirty and there is an unusual smell in the lobby. The building is suppose to be smoke free, but tenants are smoking and it does not appear management is enforcing the regulation. You can find people smoking in the party room, deck and the hallways often smell of smoke. It is definitely not worth the money you pay for rent.

There is dog feces everywhere outside. There is even feces in the "dog hallway". It usually takes days to get cleaned up. Management knows that people choose not to pick up after their pet's yet nothing is ever done about it. Not worth what you have to pay to live here given the circumstances.

We've stayed here and moved out sometime back. The place is just great. Its a new apartment so everything is new... appliances, wooden floor etc The balcony doors are super duper sound proof and we were glad about this because we faced the side that has got the water park and during summer weekends it usually got really noisy. The management team is awesome! A 5* to them. Its a pet friendly apartment with a lot of thought laid down to that. Underground parking is airy and gets washed quite often. Location couldn't be any better... Target and Byerly's, USPS, a walking trail, movie theater and less than 2 mins away from MN 100. Its got all that we wanted, and so it may be a little pricey but its probably the best places we've stayed in till now. And yes, the 10th floor terrace with outdoor seating is a great place to unwind after a hard day at work!
