Before you turn the electric on and sign the lease make sure you look at apartment that’s all I have say my family members didn’t look and now they have a apartment with lots of issues and roaches so before signing make sure you look at the exact apartment your getting… look at it!! We saw alot of damage, stove has burner marks that looks damage, stuff isn’t working ….. looks gorgeous on the outside but the apartment once he signed it and entered the apartment it looked beat up !! Nothing like the model…scuff marks on floor too!

Before leasing with Vernazza ask to see the unit you will be moving to before signing the lease agreement. The apartment that was shown to my husband and I did not represent the apartment that was given to us on move in day. Our experience was terrible as the apartment had a rusty dishwasher, old burned stove with faded dial markers and 1 on the stove rings didn't even turn on. There was cobwebs in the fan and ceiling and roaches in the closets. The cabinets were not in good condition and water damage on the cabinets below the sink. Cant say all the apartments look like that however the one we received was unacceptable.

in which, “I was still expected to pay the full rent for having “ALL” of the luxurious amenities even though the elevator was broken”, I did still choose to stay there. Which brings me to the end of my lease this year in November to where I could no longer stay because I need more room with having 4 kids. The manager didn’t want me to move out and I fully understand on why any property manager wouldn’t want their tenants to move out but I actually needed the extra space, she would continuously ask me every time I stopped by the office to either check on things or put in a issue with the apartment, but she would always ask if I was still moving and I would always reply with yes that is still the plan then she’d get an attitude and continue on with what she was doing. About a month and a half out before the end of my lease I came in to notify the manager that the blinds have fallen off of the door and punctured a hole in my leg (I.e. the blinds that came off of the back door by the actual mounted bracket), she then wrote it down and asked me a status update on if I’m still moving or not and I replied yes, and once again she got a little attitude and went back to helping one of her new employees. Nobody ever came to fix the blinds but now I am being charged for broken blinds that aren’t broken due to the tenant but broken due to the installer. The roach issue was one thing especially when you are bringing a newborn into this world, the broken elevator being broken in the building and you live on the 3rd floor for half the year was another but the attitude because you’re moving out has been the topping on it all. So I say live here at your own risk for some it’s ok and for most it’s not.

You can never get ahold of the office. They don’t clean the hallways. I’ve seen dog poop in the stairwells and elevators. Elevator was down for 3 months and the door fob pads are constantly broken. Decent price but not worth the hassle.

Long story short, my building had the elevator broken for 3 months, i had a leaking on my roof and they came to fix it and left a giant hole on the roof for the last 2 months i was living there, and never fix it, they have always an excuse to go and fix it, and because of that my apartment got full of cockroaches, and on top of that i move out, carrying furniture and everything from the 3rd floor without the elevator, and i left the apartment without any damage and they still took 814$ froom my deposit, I’ve been trying to contact them so they can explain me why but the guy that I always talked to is never available when i called and he hasn’t returned my calls. Don’t want to talk to anyone else because the rest of the people that worked there have the worst costumer service I have ever experienced in my life. I’ve been 7 years in this city and by far this is the worst place I’ve ever lived

The Assistant community manager, Noreen and Community Manager, Katherine made are extremely professional, friendly and responsive. They made my relocation from Boston to Kissimmee,FL easy. They are the best and the Apartment complex is excellent.

Apartments are good. But the office has poor communication with residents so if stuff in the community changes, you probably won't hear about it.

The management staff are great! They made my application, lease and move in an ease! Moving from California I was very pleased in how they worked with my work schedule and the time change to squire all the necessary stuff prior to my move. Have ZERO complaints since my move. I love it here!

I would say my experience with Kathy and Stephanie during the showing was really pleasant. They provided me with all the information I needed about the community and were enthusiastic in describing the many features of the apartment. I left that day with a good sense of achievement for deciding on my future residence, and I wasn't disappointed with how well things progressed from there. While there were some minor hiccups, Kathy worked diligently with me to get me moved in on the day I requested. Since I've been settled in I've enjoyed my time here and I'm glad to be a part of this community.

My girlfriend and I lived here 1 year, though somethings were ok, the important things were not. They schedule inspections at their convenience and threaten fines if you don’t comply. We were told to leave fire extinguisher in the hallway for inspection. They fined us for not doing it. But we did. They mismanaged their process and rescinded the fine when they realized it. Annoying. Worst part, after we moved out and shut off power, they did not pick up the account and we were billed 2 months for power after we moved out. Still have not talked to the manager because of runaround, or she’s on vacation, or she’s in a meeting, or she just left or whatever the excuse of the day is. They win, we are finally going to pay their power bill because they won’t and it’s about to go to collections in our name. I’d bet on a scratch off before living here again.

Nice staff, beautiful community, friendly residents and beautiful apartments. Somewhat pricey although good deal/value and not more expensive than other apartments
Once the personnel get trained fully it will be smooth. If any member of the office staff does not have the answer then they should say so and not make up answers so the tenant does not have to run to Kate to get the correct answer. Also never tell a lie. That really breaks trust. It did happen a couple of times. Tenants are not that stupid. They can spot a lie real quick.
Its a safe community very friendly and close to everything
