Not worth it!
This place used to be great! Now that there's new management, I would not suggest you live here! They have extra fees they charge you, they switch up policies throughout your lease, and they NEVER respond unless it's maintenance! This last year, I tried to contact them over five times about an issue and no one has responded. Homeless people are starting to migrate this way off Boulder and hoodlums from the Siena Suites. Some one tried to kick my door down and I STILL haven't been able to reach any one in the office about it, but received a lease renewal offer on my door! One staff member hung up in my face when I tried to get answers to my questions! If you want to stay somewhere that is hassle free, I recommend you to keep looking! They are understaffed as well.If you see great reviews about Ronna, she no longer works here. She was the only one on top of things! Place used to be 5 stars, now it really deserves 0! Prices don't match the service you get!

This is the worst place to live! Management ignore complaints! You have people sleeping in the cars. You get charge all the fee and the amenites never work! Homeless people roaming the complex

The worst management I've ever experienced!
The management is some of the most un trustworthy, lazy, irresponsible people I have ever had to deal with. It's been 3 years of thei4 nonsense. Their office is never open, every time you call you almost always go to voicemail and even if you leave a voicemail they NEVER return your call. Good luck if you need ant paper work from them because half the time they'll take forever to fill it out, forget about it or just refuse to fill it out. These people only care about keeping you there and making more money off of you. My grandmother was a manager for multiple apartment complex and if she knew how things were ran we would fire everyoke in that office. Until I see improvement or is proved wrong I will continue to shame and talk down on these appointments. They need to do better

I adore my Unit and the fact that my parking spare is within a few feet of my patio. The amenities are great. I especially like the office area. I’m spoiled by the fact that there are no visible (outside) stairs. The entire community has an upscale flair. A shout out for the maintenance guys. They’re job savvy and are always friendly and extremely professional.

It was been a wonderful experience to live at Verona for the last two years. The staff is friendly and helpful every time I have a request or concern. Maintenance works diligently to ensure any problem is fixed quickly and efficiently. It's so nice to walk outside and feel safe and in a clean environment! This is my literally favorite place. I have lived all over Vegas as i am a native. And I remember being a little girl and seeing the signs for him when driving down the street and I wooud say oooh they named that place after the city in Italy, I always wanted to go" well I'm not in Italy yet but I still love it here. Staff, maintenance, neighbors are all friendly and it's just a wonderful place to love. They are accommodating and are essential in making this place feel like home. Thank you all at Verona. Friendly staff, excellent maintenance people. They respond very quickly to any maintenance issues or other concerns and problems. For a one bedroom apartment, it is very spacious and I love it. Nice place to live and close to all shopping and amenities.

Don't Move Here
This "gated" community has transients diving in the dumpsters all of the time. We have had persistent issues with some residents as well. We have reported violations of the noise policies to the office but no action has been taken by management. We are hesitant to go outside of our apartment at night because we don't feel safe! My neighbors one bedroom apartment has 7 people living there and they have managed to shatter EVERY single exterior window... It's been over 6 months and they still live here.

The grounds are not being taken care of. The security is worthless. Gate is broken for 2 months, with Homeless people coming in-and-out( Digging in the garbage and scaring residents). Property Manager Is not on her job.

Beautiful units. Very large and love my garage. Not a fan of Boulder Highway being so close, so for location I give it a 5/10 but on a positive note looks like they are now building in this area which should make this area look brand new and its just minutes away from The Galleria Mall.

First, with Maintenance, Armando is the best. He always has a friendly face and is professional but personable and just all around a pleasure to have come fix things around here. Anytime something needs repairing or replacing im always secretly hoping it'll be him to come fix it. With Verona in general, their patience and diligence regarding the COVID19 pandemic was impeccable. So many unexpected changes for everyone around and they dealt with it magically. I personally had Covid and lost my job because of the pandemic and they made me me feel safe and secure and I can tell you with 100% certainty I WILL be here Long term specifically due to how they treat us and work with us and care about us. Not sure if they'll see this but thank you guys so much for your sympathy, patience and understanding. You guys do things right.

I live here second month. Here is my honest review... My apartment is clean, renovated, I had deal with some issues with my bathroom, doors lock etc... but it was fixed right away and maintain guy was pleasant and professional. My positive experience will ended up on that note! There is so much going on here! It supposedly a gated community, since I moved (5 weeks ago) our gates completely broken. People are coming in/out, I mean unauthorized people in their vehicles. Night time plenty drunk, high individuals just chilling, drinking, smoking everything anywhere. It was cases when people looking in my windows, trying to get in, sniffing around, making certain business. No security at night. Nobody cares at all! My neighbors are very loud, noisy and disrespectful. Leasing office seems to be unconcerned at all. Every day gets worse. There also other issues are here, very disturbing. If I knew that will the case, never signed up. I will never recommend Verona apartments.
