I applied here roughly a week ago telling them I am waiting on my 2021 W2 and sent them my 2020 in the meantime. I also called and contacted them via email about speaking to an individual explaining that I have the assets to pay this loan but cannot start work until I move to Tampa as I saved up to make this move and resigned from my prior employment to make this move. I have called and left messages several times and am pretty disappointed at this point. It seems as if their office does not communicate well and I am now concerned that they took my money.

Don’t believe what u see this new management is just as bad as the previous one . No respect trash on the street and plumbing problems . No Maintenance . And at that payment of rent is online and they charge for the to pay ur rent .

They display military discounts but don't honor them. Maintenance is slow if you don't stay on them about it your request will be swept under the rug. The hire a third party cleaning crew when cleaning out the apts and that company sucks as well. I moved in and I had dead bugs in drawers, stains I removed myself on the counters. If you are on a timeline to move in I would not recommend. They claim an apartment will be ready for you so they can get your money and you will be pushed back another two weeks from your expected move in date.

I lived here for two years and constantly told the office that I had squirrels in my walls n they looked at me like I was a joke until one of the maintenance men had to cut a hole in my wall to take out a DEAD squirrel . my house smelled like death . I was in unit #32

I have had an absolutely terrible experience with this property and it’s a management. I was a resident at Jasmine Terrace. When I first moved in they had a different management team and about 8-9 months after being there new management took over. The original management was making upgrades and adding a fitness center, business center, and coffee bar; with the upgrades and additions scheduled to be completed by the end of 2018. Once new management took over, the upgrades were delayed and none of the additions were made with no update or explanation provided to tenants. I would also submit maintenance repair orders with someone in the leasing office and a week or more would go by with no response. When I would follow up with the office, I would be informed that no one ever actually entered the order into the system. This happened with literally EVERY SINGLE repair request that I placed with the new team. The worst being right before the start of hurricane season a crack formed in my ceiling. I reported it to the office with concerns that the upcoming rains would cause leaks. Someone came to my apartment took a photo and said that the contractors would come out to fix. No one ever showed. A month later, still with no repairs, just as I predicted a leak sprung from the ceiling. Once again I reported it to the office and was given the same response. Someone came into my home took photos and said that contractors would come out to do repairs. Three months passed with no show of these “contractors”. During that time more cracks formed, leaks sprung, mold sprouted, and the ceiling fan loosened out of the ceiling and was dangling by wires. I contracted a fungal infection and the skin on my face neck and arm broke out in dry flaky dark patches. I also spent the last 4 months of residency sleeping on an air mattress in the living room due to the conditions of the bedroom. I also requested to have the window located by my front door repaired as the lock on it did not work and some one opened the window from the outside, reached in, and unlocked my front door. NEVER received a response in repairs for that either. The leasing office refused to give me contact info for management above them. After researching and reaching out via email and dozens of phone calls to corporate no one ever responded nor returned my calls. If you want to have residency that is actually livable, responsive, and worth paying to come home to; I suggest you stay far away from this property

Apt were ok for first or second apt . Maintenance will eventually come and our apt had no roaches . Sometimes it gets a lil noisy on the weekend but Monday-Friday pretty quiet. I stayed for 2 years.

I can't believe that (A) No central A/C & (B) No dishwasher! I get it, for the price it does bring in those that need to have a place to live in Tampa but.... No central a/c & dishwasher is what made me leave this place. The staff is great-- very nice people but I have a child that can't regulate his body temperature & has heat stroke style seizures. That no central air is what made me unable to commit to this place. And I hate it because the people in the community were so nice & so were the staff. :-(

They just put a playground on the property and the kids love it. They could improve alot thing but they their doing a good gob. I don't have a good or a bad comment about the complex where I live.

This apartment complex has had a fair bit of ups and downs in the many years I have lived here. Current management works very hard to keep this place nice. They are constantly upgrading, painting, and repairing in order to ditch the horrible past that this place had. It's become a fairly quiet neighborhood now, with decently priced rent.
