Run down and old everything.I would avoid been here few months cant wait to leave. Windows leak and frost over in winter. Lot of patch work. Had electrical fire few months ago in meter room.

When your move-in includes a breached lease by property owners before you even get the keys, that should be a wakeup call. If it wasn't, ZERO communication and the passing of responsibility between local AND regional management will certainly do it for you. It took them months to return a pet despoit for a pet I could bring in because of an unsafe environment for him. They only finally returned it after I wrote my initial review of the property. Management continued lack of communication after move out vis-a-vis my security deposit refund. They tried sending it to a bank account that no longer exists. It's been nearly two weeks and no one has called or emailed back after I pointed it out. They plan on keeping the money now. By the way, they will screw you out of "cleaning" fees when you move out. Three air vents were clogged with dirt, dust, children's toys (not kidding), and toothpicks. Yeah, they don't clean, but they'll take your deposit and claim they did. Also, had a water leak around one of the bedroom windows for SIX MONTHS - half my stay - which meant I couldn't use half that room for half my stay. It got so bad, the room became infested with carpenter ants who were using the wet walls as a new home. I had to pile towels around the window constantly, which ran up my laundry bill (never reimbursed). If you value your hard-earned money, like solid (or any) communication from staff, want said staff to take full responsibility for the problems they caused or failed to correct, don't like having your broken apartment rubbed in your face by renovation nearby, and prefer a safe environment for your pet, I'd avoid any Fairlawn property at the moment. By the way, the maintenance man Scott is a good guy who is overworked and not given the tools he needs to do the job to completion. I do not blame him for anything that went wrong at that property.

We worked on your leaking issue with multiple experts (roofing companies, gutter experts, and our Director of Facilities Management). We will continue to work on improving our communication in the future. You are correct, we didn't have the right bank account information, but it isn't our intent to hold any residents' money. We moved in 3 months ago and have had several repairs needed and many of them have not been full filled in a timely matter. It's been one thing after another. We are beyond frustrated. Currently We have a leaky bedroom ceiling and a leaking kitchen sink. It's like pulling teeth to have anything done around here. Like no one cares.

I love living here! It’s been one of the best apartments I’ve lived at. I love being right next to the Rock Island Trail and tucked back off of Knoxville. Plus my neighbors are great!

This apartment is excellent in many ways like location is beautiful, quiet, clean and well maintained. I have been living here since 5 years we enjoyed the trail next to apartment . Side walk is cool and nicely maintained. Very low or null crime rate. Always feel safe here. Parking lot is spacious. Easy access to rock island trail. Residents are friendly here . Staff is good .Highly recommended this apartment.

I have been staying in Versailles for more than 4 years now. It is a well kept, peaceful place to stay in Peoria. Location is comfortably close to Knoxville Avenue and Pioneer Parkway intersection and main shopping locations. Rock Island Trail is adjacent to the apartment and you can go for a quick walk or jog anytime you like. We get good ventilation and sunlight from 2 directions. Parking is never a problem even if you host a big gathering. The maintenance requests are promptly taken care of. I recommend this place.

The most thing I love in my apartment is our balcony, such a pleasant one. The staff at the complex continuously maintains the complex to the highest level possible. Affordable prices for apartments and good safety amenities.

I have lived at these apartments for almost a year now and I do not have one bad thing to say. I live in a one bedroom unit on the third floor (top floor). Being on the third floor I occasionally hear my neighbors but nothing that is loud and obnoxious. Overall, I hear very little noise from my neighbors if any at all. Each unit comes with central AC, it's own furnace, and its own water heater. The unit stays cool in the summer and warm in the winter. I should add that each units temperature can be individually controlled, which is nice. I have also never ran out of warm water. Additionally, all appliances are powered via electricity (not gas). In addition, there is onsight laundry facilities in my building (not unit) that are clean and well maintained. In the laundry facility each unit has an assigned "bin" that can be used to store laundry items, this is a nice feature. I have only had to make two maintenance requests in the time I have been here and both of them were fixed within 24 hrs. This was extremely nice as previous apartments I have lived at sometimes take days to respond. I will also add that each unit comes with a separate storage closet at no extra charge. The storage closet is quite large and can be used to store a variety of items. Some people may be worried about parking but here it is nothing to worry about, there is not assigned parking but I have never had a problem finding a parking spot. Speaking of parking and the parking lots they are kept clean and well shoveled in the winter. Lastly, I should add that for people who like to work out there are two options. The first is an onsight workout room that features 4 workout machines. They are nothing special but enough to get in a nice workout. The workout room is included free of charge with rent. The second option is the "Rock Island Running Trail" which runs directly behind/next to the apartments. While these apartments may not be "luxury" apartments they are well maintained, clean, and the people that work here are very nice. Would definitely recommend.
