This complex was sooo much better with the original management. Every 6-8 months there is new management. Now lets start with how over priced this place is for what they offer. Our "gated community" is always open to the public, Our gates NEVER work. Bugs... don't even get me started. Pest control is charged in your rent and they NEVER come but you still have to pay for it... Monthly charge of garbage removal they come and get it SOMETIMES when they are on the schedule to pick up. Do yourself a favor and just look else where!

I cannot express how much I loved living here moved in Dec 2020 moved out nov 2021 I will say the management was better when I first moved in but loved the and maintenance guy he was great the trash ppl was awesome give them a raise they work really hard ,, Publix was walkable oh and the lady that kept the pool clean was great too!!! All in all was like I was living on a island so tropical ,, with that being said watch out for the snakes! But everyone around very friendly great area ,, elementary schools are not great we did charter n it was just okay , but one thing I will ad when the hot tub breaks they leave it sit few weeks that was tiny bit annoying but hey your in Florida there’s lots todo besides complain right be happy! Now back up north We are freezing to death! I wanna go back so bad!!!!
Moved in back in June 2020 and we were the first to live in our apartment- never really had issues except for ants but management contacted pest control and after 2 visits they were gone- Property starting going downhill after they changed management- hard to get in touch with them, and always an excuse. we moved out after 1 year due to poor management and the amount of people moving in.. Wayy to much noise for a once quiet area. FYI if you are putting a deposit down dont count on receiving it back right away- 2 months and we are still trying to track our deposit-

Having moved in here with great enthusiasm last year it has been disappointing after the property changed hands to find the quality of upkeep to have gone seriously downhill. Landscaping has declined, ant nests are popping up everywhere, bugs in general are becoming a serious problem all over the property. The other issue is for a "luxury" property the places were built cutting corners with poor insulation for sound with neighbors able to hear your conversations and noise from upstairs so loud you can hear them walk from room to room. Not to mention the quality of products used and finishes on interiors is poor to say the least. Overall I would say for the price (which has increased dramatically in less than a year) I would look elsewhere.

Love, Love, Love it here!!! I’m so happy to have moved here… close to I4 and Publix right cross. Office staff are so friendly, Great customers service. My apartment was given to me clean and so beautiful. I don’t have no pest control problems so if anyone here claims that then you might of brought that here. Hopefully not in my building. But I can’t complain here, everything has been great and I love the Food trucks!!!
Moved in with my girlfriend in October of 2020. Everything was good until we realized how much you can hear your upstairs neighbors, every step they take & move they make is clear as day. Constant stomping and banging all day long. The gates for the complex also never work and are always just open for anyone to walk freely into the complex. Bugs are becoming more and more of an issue with this complex as well. New management has taken over and they are horrible. Never delivering on their promises and over billing on the utilities. Counting the days until we move out.

This property is new and was sold a few months ago. The new management has been bad about overbilling, never answering their phones, and handling maintenance and pest issues. I have had a roach issue for the last few months. They have done nothing more than have the Wednesday pest control guy stop by my apt and that's only if I add a maintenance request for them to do so. I have visited the mgmt office twice to inform them about this roach situation. I didn't have roaches before I lived here and this place is new so I don't expect to see roaches in a new 'luxury' property. There are gaps all in the cabinets, the flooring, and behind the refrigerator. Areas around the pipes are not filled in. And guess what, the management here doesn't care about any of it. Their concern is about renting empty apartments but once you are here, you are pretty much on your own. There's no luxury here. In my honest opinion, I'm not sure if "Your Way Management" company understands what managing a 'luxury' property even means.; very disappointing.

We’ve lived here for almost a year, haven’t had too many problems, except ants and cockroaches. We are very clean and have a cat but we keep finding bugs and openings near where the floorboards meet the walls. These apartments seemed nice, but the longer we’ve lived here the more we realized how quickly and poorly they were built. The management was decent before and have recently changed management after only being open for a year. The new management seems okay, they are extremely hard to contact though, but that may be due to phone errors or email errors. The gate in both the front and back of the property has never worked, so I don’t see the point in them. Also, the traffic around here is awful, which I know is not their fault, but something to take into consideration. Old Lake Wilson is constantly backed up.
