You will not go wrong living here. Kim, the property manager, is the BEST. It’s clean, great amenities, and safe. Great option for students who want a furnished apartment

I lived in Verve during my senior year of college, and I could NOT be more thankful that I did. From the up-to-date appliances, to the hospitable staff, to the wonderful common areas, Verve has been my favorite place I’ve lived at in my four years of college.

Everyone who works here is so nice! Maintenance is fast and they give us free food and snacks all the time! I love the amenities as well. The study rooms are so nice for school.

Verve is such a great apartment especially for SLU students. It’s safe and convenient. The staff is kind and helpful. Shared spaces like the gym, outdoor patio, and study lounges are always kept clean and neat! Overall great experience!

This is my second year living at verve and I absolutely love it! It is in the perfect location for SLU students and the study spaces and workout room are always so nice to have available. I love it here and wish I could stay another year!

Verve St. Louis is a wonderful apartment building for students that is well-maintained with a very friendly team of people working to keep it amazing. The maintenance team is on the ball whenever it comes to any issues in your unit or in the building. Absolutely recommend verve St. Louis to anyone looking for a place to live and a wonderful community to be a part of.

As a student this was the best place to live. Me and my roommate greatly enjoyed utilizing all the amenities at the VERVE. This place feels like home. The rooms are modern and new and the staff are quick if maintenance is needed. And the staff are super friendly as well.

I get the first year struggles are a thing but when my power goes off for 2 full days with no update I get confused. When it takes over 5 months to realize you haven’t payed incentives that were signed for nearly a year ago I get frustrated. The rooms are nice and the amenities are good I just wish the technical aspects of this place were better cared for. It is by no means the fault of the front desk I just want to understand where the disconnect is and why things aren’t getting done.

I would recommend this property to others as it's very close to St Louis University. Staff is friendly and helpful. Maintenance turnout is very quick. The current leasing manager took extra effort to resolve an issue.

The leasing office hid information that I was being assigned a disability room which has no door between the bathroom and bedroom. When I moved in, surprise surprise, there is no door there. It is super uncomfortable, and especially awkward when you ever have guests over. The walls are extremelyyy thin, you can hear everything from outside and neighbors and outside your room. Absolutely awful. The windows face a courtyard where students throw ragers almost every night until 1:30AM, being extremely loud, and the windows are extremely thin, so you can hear everything inside your apartment. Parking is the worst. The garage does not have at all enough spots to accommodate tenants. You have to somehow park on the street, but it's all paid parking, and you can park for a max of 2 hours during the day. It's a nightmare. The leasing office doesn't act like they genuinely care about their tenants. Don't recommend this place whatsoever. Looks nice, but too loud, witholding information to get you to move in, and cheaply built.

I would say this apartment seems good from outside but inside, lobby is not clean at all. PARKING IS A BIGGEST PROBLEM…..... Parking garage is not available for each unit, they are like first come first serve so parking outside is a big hassle as there are not many street parkings available. They will suggest another property parking 'Coronado' in the back which is not safe at all as we have to walk from the back if we park in the evening. They should expand their garage as soon as they can. Some of the bedrooms doesn't have a door between restroom and the bedroom, very weird, and it's very embarrassing. The construction itself has so many flaws. People in the backyard talk louder, as the walls are not thicker we can hear the voice loud. Dryer doesn't dry the clothes properly.
