Property Ratings at Vessel - Bank Street
This place is an absolute nightmare from the building itself to the management over it. They are all talk and no action on resolving any issues and can not seem to handle their own building. And if they do “fix” your issue it’s back to needing repair in no time and the wait for someone to come out is horrible. The elevator does not work half the time and currently it is not working, we were also informed by email that it would be fixed today and surprise it is not (another example of how they are all talk and no action) I advise anyone looking into this apartment to hit the back arrow and look somewhere else, I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone not even as a last resort, the only thing it has going for it is the fact it has four walls and a roof. Which that’s not even fully a plus for this building since the walls are so thin you can hear everything your neighbors are saying or doing. Which also does not help with the train that goes by multiple times a day making the whole building shake. Overall 0 stars and do not recommend run…
The experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. First off, water leaks from the shower doors every time I use it, and it’s never been fixed despite numerous complaints. The AC wall unit doesn’t work at all. The "smart" app they offer for controlling the temperature and lighting requests bavrely works – it's always glitching and only about 20% of the time does it actually do what it’s supposed to. The walls are ridiculously thin. I can hear every single conversation my neighbors have, and sometimes it feels like they’re in the room with me. Not to mention, there's constant noise from the train that shakes the whole building. It’s like living through a mini earthquake every time a train goes by. On top of all that, the parking garage has oily substance leaking all over vehicles and I’ve had to move my car to avoid potential damage to the paint. The garage itself is a disaster, with trash littered everywhere that’s been sitting around for weeks. To make things worse, the neighbors are always smoking, and the smoke and smell constantly invades other units. Don't even get me started on the elevators. They’re almost always out of service, making it incredibly inconvenient for anyone living on higher floors. The longest it took to repair this constant issue was over a period of a month at one point. Definitely not handicap accessible due to this constant issue. Honestly, this place is a disaster and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.
I recently moved into this apartment, and I regret it every day. The building itself looks nice from the outside, but that’s where the positives end. First off, the plumbing is a nightmare—frequent water issues, shower leaking from the doors, and low water pressure. The heating and cooling system is just as unreliable, due to an app that barely works half the time. leaving me freezing at night despite the thermostat being set. The noise level is unbearable due to the trains passing by. I can hear everything from my neighbors, and it feels like the walls are paper-thin. The management is also unhelpful and slow to respond to any issues. When I reached out about my problems, they were dismissive and didn’t seem to care. Another major downside is the parking situation. There’s not enough parking spaces for all the tenants, so I often have to park on the street, which feels unsafe at night. I had high hopes, but this apartment has been nothing but disappointment. Save yourself the headache and find somewhere else to live.
I’ve never seen a building like this before. High tech features, downtown location, great views, friendly team. Recommend for someone looking for a one-of-a-kind home.
