Property Ratings at Vesta Creeks Run Townhomes and Apartments
Worst experience I have had anywhere. My family applied to live here about a week ago. We were approved the next day. We were sent all of the welcome to your new home emails and all the congrats emails, we even had our lease start date. We have no criminal history at all, no civil either. We make WELL over the 3.5× the rent. Our credit is not perfect but mostly school loans and medical. My 13 year old autistic son was so happy he could barely contain himself. Then today, the day before our lease starts we receive a very short and abrupt call saying we had been denied. We were already approved...how can we suddenly not be approved? . We gave up our room where we were staying because we were told many times we had been approved. Now we are completely screwed. We were willing to pay whatever deposit was needed etc. This place is playing games with people's lives. They totally screwed us over, we have nothing now. We are crushed. It should be illegal to toy with people like this. We are devastated. Don't fall into this places games. It's not worth it. Funny how the rent went up $200 since then too....
Office staff is RUDE. Did not greet us when we walked and the woman claimed she called me before my scheduled and confirmed appointment (received several text and emails confirming my time). She did not say hi or acknowledge our presence, looked up and just said “I called you”. And kept repeating herself but not as to why she called. We turned around and walked right out. If you don’t want to work then go somewhere else. Owners and management should be aware of how unbecoming the face of their community is.
I had a horrible experience here the neighbor hood has been shot up multiple times and people have died, cars are broken into my neighbor said she heard someone was raped as well. I moved out of this neighboor hood because it is unsafe and has roaches. I couldnt put my childern through that anymore The office staff is okay but the neighbor hoood is extermely unsafe.
