I’m still a little annoyed in how long we were unable to access the gym. I’m glad it is finally back in operation but paying full price on amenities that we had no access to doesn’t sit right with me. Also, it’s ridiculously cold at the bottom of my stairway, entry to the apartment. I wonder how much energy wasted heating the place is from the entryway chill. The front door was redone but somehow the cold is still getting in. The snow removal from the recent storm was pretty good though. I’d rate maybe 3.5 but this thing doesn’t do fractions, so 3 it is. Nothing that makes living here miserable, but nothing exceptional to justify the total cost.

Great little community! Quiet and clean, feels like we hit the jackpot with this place. So close to all the shopping, but small enough to feel like a small town.

Over all i have had a positive experience, especially with the staff working for Vestara 72. The maintenance workers are friendly and complete jobs in a timely manner and the office staff have also been helpful and nice to work with.

Staff is friendly and helpful, take care of concerns quickly. The neighborhood is typically quiet and neighbors are respectful. Location is close to a lot of convenient places that I frequent and not far from interstates to get where you’re going quickly.

We have lived here almost a full year and we intend to stay here a while. Our family loves it here. We love having a garage for bikes and summer gear. The place is spacious and the kids love their large rooms.

Townhomes were cheaply made. The door that leads to the garage doesn’t have a seal, so the cold air comes right in. The windows let cold air in.

About 3 weeks after moving in the clubhouse flooded and is still unable to use almost 2 months later. No discount except for the ability to use the gym in Gretna. My garbage disposal didn’t drain. Internet wasn’t hooked up properly upon move in. Heat wasn’t installed correctly. Although I will say the complex fixed it asap. Just very disappointed with the clubhouse being closed for so long.

We love the convenience of the location and particularly love our specific layout and placement on the property. Management has been great and the maintenance gentleman is amazing. I definitely feel like it's a little lacking for "luxury" apartments, especially with the added fees. We do love the pool and community house, however the community house has been closed for a couple months (no fault to management) so having the extra fees shouldn't really be a thing if you are unable to use the things they have listed under the fees.

It’s our second year living here and I still can’t imagine a better community to live in. Lynsee goes above and beyond what’s expected of her every time, and that’s one thing I think is worth every penny. This is our second year at Vestara! We moved from a smaller unit into a bigger one with a yard for our fur babies and can't imagine living anywhere else! The staff is top notch and makes sure that your concerns are heard and addressed in a timely fashion!

Vestara 72, a great complex at first I was just inlove with the spacing we finally had but overall the entire community is fantastic no chaos, kind community, plenty of space and those who run it are amazing, helpful and respectful. our little family loves being in this space it’s a great environment and our fur baby loves his yard and his friends he gets to meet at the doggie park.

We signed our contract after confirming over email and in person the total rent including the apartminium package but they changed the price on us when move-in fees were due. We called and emailed more than 5 times to try to resolve the issue but when they finally got back they tried to tell us we were “reading” their words wrong. I don’t know how else “total price including the package is $-“ could mean anything else. They told us we can be released from the contract and that they would refund our $550 admin fee but we had to call and visit multiple times for over a month to get any confirmation of a refund only to finally receive the refund to find out it is only $500 and not the full $550. We’ve spent $170 on the application fees and the partial admin fee we never got back but so glad this happened because we can’t imagine having to live here and ever having to deal with management.

I have really enjoyed living at this community. The maintenance and management crew are amazing. My fellow neighbors have been amazing and always friendly. I have met some great people and have really enjoyed learning about there lives and their pets. We have battled through the storms and some unforeseen setbacks, with all issues that new communities deal with. This is a great place to live, thank you Lindsey, Matt, & Cory for taking care of all of us.

Great staff, amenities and the apartments are amazing. It is also at a great location with it being close to shadow lake mall and hwy 370. I like the apartments technology features as well.

Lots of room and natural light but not a fan of the carpet for pets. It's Berber and snags. Lynsee is a gem and always goes above and beyond. Great location! The gym, pool and clubhouse are awesome!

Our townhouse was not cleaned after the construction- I had to wipe down cabinet and mop floors prior to move in. The door on the dryer was installed backwards so we couldn’t open the door. The refrigerator makes noise. We did not get a proper onboarding and had to ask for the trash can. (Our normal agent was on vacation, so the coordination of our move in could have been handle better. The fill in person had a hard time finding our keys).

1000% better then our old place so far inlove with our new home. the area is beautiful, safe and convenient to get anywhere, and our new home is so comfortable and welcoming. the whole neighborhood is nice and chill.

Starting with the manager Lynsee, the entire staff is on top of it all. Great communication, quality, attention to detail, friendliness, and overall control of the community.
We love how clean and quiet the community has been. The office staff and maintenance staff are always very helpful and timely with anything we need.

Great community and location. Love the apartment layouts and the amenities that will be coming in the future. Only downside is the fees that no one can provide a detailed breakdown for. $300 a month for utilities and misc fees is very high for just two people when the base rent is already so high.

Best place EVER it feels very home pets allowed we have a gated townhome it’s very luxury nice cabinets makes my apartment that i was living in before feel very cheap haha

I am enjoying not living as much in a construction zone and the grounds are looking nicer. The pool is great, and I am looking forward to the dog washing area.

We love living here! Any maintenance issues are handled promptly, the community is quiet, and the office staff is wonderful. We love how big the dog park is and how close we are to shadow lake too!

It’s peaceful for the most part.Easy for my dog to make friends and lots of places to eat nearby. Not far from base and near some decent schools.

We have been here a short time, but already love the feeling of home! Our family is adjusting so quickly and our kids can't wait for the pool to open! We love the sizes of the bedrooms and how much space we have!

This place is beautiful. In order to get approved you have to pay the security deposit up front. If you’re not approved, they say you get it back!! It’s been over a month now & I literally had to sit in their office & wait for them to send the info to the company that refunds the money. Now, I have to wait till the 8th to just get the link to get my deposit back!! When I called the office, they will never answer the phone, because they know my number. I’m really glad I didn’t get in, because the office management is very bad & I don’t think they would take care of any problems you would have!!!

Hi, there. Vestara 72 does not charge deposits to apply, so you may be referring to your admin fee. Once an application has been processed, if for whatever reason, the lease does not work out we refund in certain circumstance; however, this is not at the property level. There is a process with leasing that must go through accounting. When an address is not provided for the refund check, you will need to click the link that was provided to you in order to choose your form of refund via ACH. The process was started after we emailed you initially. If you still do not see the link, please reach out directly or to Greystar help desk. Thanks and best wishes!
