The town of Papillion shares a railroad network that’s been around since the 1870s near Omaha. Its name isn’t a typical Midwestern moniker, rather it comes from the French word for butterfly. Papillion has enjoyed a number of awards and recognition for how pleasant it is to live here.

It’s our second year living here and I still can’t imagine a better community to live in. Lynsee goes above and beyond what’s expected of her every time, and that’s one thing I think is worth every penny. She understands her residents and strives to do everything in her power to make sure we are happy always. We don’t ever want another property manager!!

This is our second year at Vestara! We moved from a smaller unit into a bigger one with a yard for our fur babies and can't imagine living anywhere else! The staff is top notch and makes sure that your concerns are heard and addressed in a timely fashion!

Vestara 72, a great complex at first I was just inlove with the spacing we finally had but overall the entire community is fantastic no chaos, kind community, plenty of space and those who run it are amazing, helpful and respectful. our little family loves being in this space it’s a great environment and our fur baby loves his yard and his friends he gets to meet at the doggie park.

We signed our contract after confirming over email and in person the total rent including the apartminium package but they changed the price on us when move-in fees were due. We called and emailed more than 5 times to try to resolve the issue but when they finally got back they tried to tell us we were “reading” their words wrong. I don’t know how else “total price including the package is $-“ could mean anything else. They told us we can be released from the contract and that they would refund our $550 admin fee but we had to call and visit multiple times for over a month to get any confirmation of a refund only to finally receive the refund to find out it is only $500 and not the full $550. We’ve spent $170 on the application fees and the partial admin fee we never got back but so glad this happened because we can’t imagine having to live here and ever having to deal with management.

I have really enjoyed living at this community. The maintenance and management crew are amazing. My fellow neighbors have been amazing and always friendly. I have met some great people and have really enjoyed learning about there lives and their pets. We have battled through the storms and some unforeseen setbacks, with all issues that new communities deal with. This is a great place to live, thank you Lindsey, Matt, & Cory for taking care of all of us.

Great staff, amenities and the apartments are amazing. It is also at a great location with it being close to shadow lake mall and hwy 370. I like the apartments technology features as well.

Lots of room and natural light but not a fan of the carpet for pets. It's Berber and snags. Lynsee is a gem and always goes above and beyond. Great location! The gym, pool and clubhouse are awesome!

Lynsee was very welcoming on my first visit and has helped me with all my questions. Very excited to move here! Things that attracted me, were the spacious and beautiful apartments, the Clubhouse with gourmet coffee and a pool table, spacious and well- designed gym and a garage close by for my car.

Our townhouse was not cleaned after the construction- I had to wipe down cabinet and mop floors prior to move in. The door on the dryer was installed backwards so we couldn’t open the door. The refrigerator makes noise. We did not get a proper onboarding and had to ask for the trash can. (Our normal agent was on vacation, so the coordination of our move in could have been handle better. The fill in person had a hard time finding our keys).

Great community and location. Love the apartment layouts and the amenities that will be coming in the future. Only downside is the fees that no one can provide a detailed breakdown for. $300 a month for utilities and misc fees is very high for just two people when the base rent is already so high.

We love living here! Any maintenance issues are handled promptly, the community is quiet, and the office staff is wonderful. We love how big the dog park is and how close we are to shadow lake too!

This place is beautiful. In order to get approved you have to pay the security deposit up front. If you’re not approved, they say you get it back!! It’s been over a month now & I literally had to sit in their office & wait for them to send the info to the company that refunds the money. Now, I have to wait till the 8th to just get the link to get my deposit back!! When I called the office, they will never answer the phone, because they know my number. I’m really glad I didn’t get in, because the office management is very bad & I don’t think they would take care of any problems you would have!!!

Hi, there. Vestara 72 does not charge deposits to apply, so you may be referring to your admin fee. Once an application has been processed, if for whatever reason, the lease does not work out we refund in certain circumstance; however, this is not at the property level. There is a process with leasing that must go through accounting. When an address is not provided for the refund check, you will need to click the link that was provided to you in order to choose your form of refund via ACH. I love my apartment at Vestara. It is modern, spacious and the finishes are beautiful. It gets great light and my many houseplants are thriving. My cats enjoy laying in the sun by my sliding doors. I have seen a bald eagle many times from my balcony, and a pair of red tailed hawks are frequent visitors to the area.

I’ve lived here since August 2023, and from the beginning, the apartment manager Lynsee and her staff have been a pleasure to work with. Maintenance requests are handled in a timely fashion with prompt resolution and communication. During a blizzard, the complex’s snow removal contractor fell through (it’s life, it happens), but when I emailed Lynsee and expressed my concern about not getting to work the next day, she reassured me my driveway would be cleared. And indeed it was. Everyone who works here seems to genuinely care about the community. The apartment itself feels roomy and comfortable. I rarely hear any “people noise”. The units seem to be well built.

We are so happy that we moved here. It’s a huge upgrade compared to our last place. Management is very welcoming and so are our neighbors. Our dog has even made friends. We are so much happier here and actually enjoy being in such a welcoming community. It really feels like home.

In our first week, Vestara has been absolutely wonderful to us. Our apartment is so nice with all the amenities and sense of community. I mean, it even looks like a real neighborhood! The resident portal is so easy to use and contains so many nice features, like auto payments with pre-split rates for roommates to each pay their share. Our community can create groups for activities, host events in the clubhouse, and even list items for sale within the portal. It’s been insane to have a place that cares so much about their residents and not the profits.

Moving to Vestara 72 has been an easy and exciting change for me. The staff is very efficient and friendly. The amenities are nice and I’m looking forward to the pool being completed! The layout of my apartment is such that it doesn’t even feel like I have shared walls. All in all, I am very happy with my choice to live here.

I love the open concept kitchen and living areas. The white cabinets, quartz countertops and warm-toned flooring are inviting and blend with any decor. The appliances are really nice and having a laundry room is great. The amount of storage is appreciated. I downsized from a 3 bedroom house and the storage areas in this apartment made that move easier.

The management team at Vestara 72 is amazing! They have been so informative and relatable that it made this the obvious choice for our next home.
