I lived there for more than 3 years. What I can say here is that the property manager, Carmen, is doing a really great job. She is really responsive if you need any help. More than that, she is also a very easy-going person and she told me many interesting things about his neighborhood. Without a doubt, it is 5 stars.
Manager Carmen was really welcoming and made us feel at home right from the start. She was always literally one call away. We were international students and had to lease the apartment remotely from our home country. She was very supportive throughout the entire process and helped ensure that the move-in was very smooth. Sam is also very friendly and efficient. He is super helpful and prompt to respond. The apartment itself is quiet, very secure and common areas are cleaned regularly, well maintained and aesthetically pleasing. We enjoyed our time here and made some amazing memories. Would strongly recommend this apartment !
I have lived at this place for 5 years. Though the amenities might not seem as fancy as some of the other newer buildings in the area, I have had a very good experience during my time here. The property manager Carmen is very reasonable and responsive. So is the handyman Sam, as he is very prompt in having issues in our apartment fixed. The common area is very well kept and with a nice touch. I would never thought of moving had not been for my job change. Would recommend.
The common areas are well maintained by staff daily. Building feels secure with camera security. Fairly quiet, never had to complain about noises or stolen packages in the 1.5 years I was there. Carmen, the apartment manager, is always prompt with replies and resolving issues. Sam, maintenance worker, is very sweet and super capable and friendly. Would definitely recommend!
This place is blessed with a great Manager; Carmen. She's very prompt and professional. She takes our demands and treats it as wishes and makes them true. She's very supportive and runs the place perfectly well. She's got great problem-solving skills, and helped us with everything. She even went out of her way to explain to me the neighborhood, as i am a foreigner. The property is very well maintained - high standards. I've been searching a lot in this area but within my budget, this was a very well-kept place and has everything i wished for (pool, indoor garage, gym, well-maintained apartments). I've seen ALOT.. but nothing compares to my experience here so far.
