So far move in was good, everything was clean and looked good. The only problem I had was I was not informed of everything before move in day which kind of sucked.

Well maintained and great location. Safe and groomed grounds. Mostly quiet though the walls are very thin. Courteous and responsive office and maintenance staff. A few neighbors not respecting community rules, like local norms, smoking and trash schedule, tend to be irritating

- Roaches have been increasing the last couple of months - Need to have more frequent cleaning of floors in Mid Rise aisles - Elevator breaks down very often - Exterior of the windows of the building look dirty.

Since management changes from Lincoln Properties to Willow Bridge it’s gone a bit downhill. Maintenance requests take longer. Not as clean in the community. Rents skyrocketed and haven’t let up.

The community has changed in the past few years with there being an increase in noise, neighbors not following trash policy etc. However, the location is great, maintenance is responsive and the office team puts together nice events. Overall, it's still a nice place to reside.

The leasing agents are amazingly helpful and cooperative. Living in Via is great! They community events are great...I wish there were more each month. The complex is beautifully landscaped and the swimming pools are just as inviting. Via is a great place to live and work from.

I've lived here going on 5yrs and it has been great. No major complaints, the maintenance team is awesome, all of my request are fulfilled within 24 hrs unless otherwise specified. I have a lake view which is very pleasant and super convenient if you are an active walker/runner. I'm on the 3rd floor so I have never had issues with noise. The office staff is overall a pretty good group of people always helpful and we have monthly engagements which is pretty cool. The community is quiet.

I love it here! The move-in was easy and smooth. Jessica in the leasing office is incredible and has been super responsive and helpful in making sure my experience was the best. Although the community is one of the oldest in the area, it is very charming and the lake views are unmatched. It feels like an oasis in the middle of a dessert.

love living here. Has great location, amazing restaurants nearby. It was kinda hard when we moved initially because we were moving from a diff state and didnt have the luxury to look at the apartment personally so we took a huge gamble in shortlisting this place but boy were we got lucky. All in all, pretty satisfied with the location, staff and apt itself.

Having someone pay money because they can’t get to their package is stupid and money hungry. Having the package lockers moved to a different door more out of the way from easy access is also ridiculous.

it was a great experience, the moving process was good. Also the ladys at the front desk were all helpful. Paarking was also great enough so i dont have to be spending alot of time searching.

The building is old and ran down. The company operating Via Las Colinas, will continue to operate at the bare minimum cost instead of honoring the amenities listed in the contract to keep a safe and secure building. We have switched to Swiftlane (a Bluetooth app) which allows an allegedly “secure” access to tenants however it’s been two years and the app always goes down which then lets ANYBODY IN! Management couldn’t care less to spend money to give us back fobs or install lightening rods and loves to nickel and dime their tenants by continuing to overcharge for amenities available To us. Do not rent from here if you care About safety and your wallet. I used to be proud to live here and this place is a dump!!!!! The leasing manager won’t escalate or fix anything necessary. There were plans to remodel units which makes sense and would reflect the constant rent increase every year but the company opted out of spending the extra money, yet again.

Here are my favorite things about Via Las Colinas: 1. Top-notch leasing office & maintenance. I’ve had 0 bad experiences dealing with key personnel here in my 2 years of living here. In all my time renting, I don’t think I can say that until now. 2. Great location and way better value than apartments on other side of the highway. You can walk to great restaurants, the Toyota Music Factory, Tx Lottery Plaza & can enjoy the paved trails around the lake. All this and it’s significantly lower priced than most apartments on the other side of the lake(at least during my time here) 3. Peace & Quiet. This may be more case by case depending on how your neighbors turn out, but I’ve been in the west side of the mid-rise with garden views & it feels like nobody else lives here. I haven’t had to deal with parties, loud noises, or disrespectful neighbors during my time here. Of course, this could just be my experience, but I believe the demographic being mostly young families or working adults contributes to this environment. We are moving away, but will miss this apartment complex!

Awsome neighbourhood with lake view. Leasing office will conduct events that are fun. Every month on one Saturday we have breakfast from lemondrop coffee and co, they serve coffee and some breakfast burritos they are really amazing. Loved the community

Good apartments, there is something positive about this place. Move-in was smooth and the office staff were co-operative. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a safe place to stay in and around Irving.

Via Las Colinas is a great community to live in situated along Lake Carolyn with about 1.5 miles of paved walking path. We have enjoyed the community events like pop-up coffee shop, wine down Wednesdays, and thirsty Thursdays. The noise levels are about average for a community in this area along Northwest Highway. During the 2 years that I have lived here the staff has been very friendly and accommodating. The maintenance respond promptly and take care of issues professionally. The location is 5 star with many restaurants in the Las Colinas Urban Center within walking distance.
