This place is guilty of false advertising. On their website they have pictures of a beautiful pool and a wonderful playground in the hammock park. The hammock park and playground were ripped out last year and the pool has been closed for over 6 months now even though it's 90? every day here in Florida. Management should be ashamed of themselves. Save your time and money and go somewhere else I wish I did!

To start off the leasing office is full miserable people that just push you off. The pool was closed 90% of the time I lived here. We have to pay for trash fee + pest control and they barley come

I moved from via Lugano last month.. Carey and the regional are useful. They have no interest in helping you the trash system is worthless, the pool is always closed by the city there is no security in the community or gate it has been opened for over a year.

Don't even think about renting at Via Lugano. I have been here 3 years. The front gates have been broken for over a year so anyone and everyone who wants to just comes right in and abuses the pool and all the other amenities. There are constant parties with people who don't even live here. Tires slashed and the management tries to blame the tenants for their incompetence. They actually kept the pool closed all summer to punish the residents. You can't make this stuff up. You would have to be stupid to rent here. Save yourself the time, ,money and aggravation. I wish someone would have told me before I got here!!!

Too many issues that management and Northland refuse to address. Lack of security, broken entance gates for a year, trespassers using community amenities damaging things, outdated apartments, pool closed all summer & keep getting shut down by the City, crime and vandalism on property, trash issues, and the list goes on. We're told we don't pay for the amenities & that they're a privilege. That's a poor excuse for incompetence. Our monthly rent goes towards everything. Once you're in no one cares what you have to say. All complaints get ignored and brushed off. Residents are afraid to speak up out of fear of being penalized or evicted

USED to be a great place to live. Every year gets worse while rent keeps going up. And good luck if you have a maintenance issue. Best case-takes days, but usually weeks to get fixed.

The building is in bad need of repair most of the building has mold the gate haven’t worked in almost a year the amenities are always being worked on and the maintenance workers are rude if you can ever get one I have been here for 5 years so my rent is not as high or i would move I would avoid

You will not be getting luxury when you move in here. Bacis outdated white or black appliances with rust, no stainless steel. They will continually close your maintenance request without resolving them or do a half job of repairing it. Screen on windows IF your have one, will have black tape on it and count on a nasty cleaning job done before you move in. Hallways are filthy, tenants don't pickup after their dogs, so watch you steps. The office staff is nice. Parking is ample, but your car will be dented.

* Parking is garbage - you’re not going to find a spot past 9pm at any time, you’ll have to walk back to your apartment in little to no lighting. * lack of security - they used to have a security guard posted, but now we’ve had 4 shootings in the last year and no security. * their prices have increased without implementing any improvements to the neighborhood the last few years. Many of the pictures don’t show you how degraded this neighborhood has become, as the fountains are broken, pool is constantly being close, hammocks not replaced, and much more * staff doesn’t do anything and make a salary, constantly providing horrible service and attitude. *If i could give this neighborhood negative stars, I would. *

I lived in this apartment complex for four plus years and was never late with my rent. I decided to move out 10/2020 due to the lack of upkeep to their facilities, their overpriced units, old appliances, and incompetent leasing staff (Sheila and Donna). Prior to moving out I paid up any and all balances. I even went one further and spoke with Donna the office manager and advised her that she is welcome to email me with any balances accruals after I moved out. Well today 2/10/21 I received a phone call from a collections company for $160 from VIA LUGANO. They NEVER emailed me in regards to any past due balances, they never called, and this erroneous balance was never uploaded to their portal. Stay far away from these con artist! They are incompetent and rude! The office manager attempted to bully me into believing she emailed me this information before but she NEVER did. I’m going to make sure that everyone I know stays away from this community.

We told Donna that one of the people on the lease had bad credit and might need a co-signer. We also told her how much we made and she told us to apply (i’m assuming knowing that we didn’t meet the requirement). So now we are out of $200. We then decided to just use a co-signer and were denied. We then offered to pay 12 months upfront and were DENIED. A whole ridiculous process that she should have know from the start that we wouldn’t meet the requirements but instead insisted we applied and happily took our money.

Lived here for a while now. Beautiful property but many issues. Biggest problem is No security! Many intruders use pool/hot tub. Intruders rude to residents. Hot tub always broken. Dog crap/cigarette butts all over. Horrible cabinets outdoor bar area. Dated apartments, outdated appliances, holes/stained cabinets. Most good tenants are leaving

I've had to call emergency maintenance twice both times it was a.c. problem. And now twice no call back no show .Why bother have emergency maintenance if no one will respond. Maybe not having a/c when it 88 degree is a emergency I don't know cause no one couldn't even call me back .if this was the first time this happened ok BUT THIS THE SECOND TIME.
Management here is horrible especially Donna. She always have a miserable look on her face and she's extremely rude. I would never consider moving back here or referring anyone to live here as long as she's still working there. They never did a walk through when I moved in or out but claim things were broken. When I asked for proof they didn't have it all she said was pay before it goes into collection! How rude especially when I lived there for a year and never ever been late on my rent! Even referred friends to move there while I was there. Never again. Donna need to be fired or quit. This job wasn't cut out for her. She's too disrespectful! Always a sour face and never a pleasant smile. I love Penny and Shiela! I'm surprise Donna still have a job management need to look into this and get rid of her ASAP! I will be making a major complaint and none of my co workers and friends will renew with this place.
Parking is very limited! And they do not offer hurricane shutters! Only the office is secured with the shutters.
It's almost impossible to find parking after about 8pm. There is not enough spots for the residents. You are expected to circle the complex (which is large) for parking and if there is none and you park on the side of the road you are at risk of being towed. I was told to have someone to watch my 2 year old while I looked for parking on the other side of the complex!

Located in the heart of Boynton Beach, Via Lugano is a fabulous apartment complex to live at. The staff is extremely helpful and efficient. Close proximity to endless shopping plazas and malls. The grounds are well maintained with lots of amenities including a gym and indoor racquet ball court. I was so nervous about moving on my own and this complex really feels like home.
The apartments are very nice and spacious, I love the screened in patio that keeps the bugs out, the gym and pool are always well kept. The staff is pretty friendly and welcoming. My favorite part is the location, its near quite a few places to eat, 10 minutes from the beach, and grocery stores are within a 5 minute drive.
Via Lugano is a facade, when you are first introduced to the property everything seems great, but that's where it ends. Everyone who lives here has the same problem, the management or lack there of, the property is kept up to the very minimum, at night there are loud parties, cars driving way to fast screeching there tires and it seems 1 out of 5 people own either a HUGE dog or a Pitbull, but what does the management do... NOTHING! Shannon is the worst and the rest of the staff isn't much better. We fell in love with the apartments looks and size but in the end it doesn't matter, we cant even enjoy a single week without getting woken up somehow or not having to fear that our car will get broken into.. I give the place 2 stars (to be fair) because the apartments are decent looking but everything else makes it a nightmare. At the price they are asking there are MANY other (nicer) places to choose from. Move in at your own risk, but don't say that you werent warned..

This place is great place to live. Its in a good school district for Elementary K-8 only. the apartments are good size and garage is extra long which is nice extra. the gym and pool, sauna are excellent. The grounds by the pool area do need some maintenance on the fences and flooring and the lake can use some upkeep. The staff is friendly and helpful. Overall is that this place is great to live and enjoy the florida lifestyle.
The grounds on the complex have deteriorated over the last year - shrubs are dead, cable cases are broken, no mulch or ground cover and trash in the lakes. The office staff in many cases do the least amount possible and make no exceptions. Main point is the condition of the apts. and grounds do not warrant the price as compared to other complexes. The recycle area is always full and a mess.
When I first visited Via Lugano, the place was clean, a maintenance person greeted me nice, the lady in the front office took care of me right away and made the place even more appealing than I thought it could be. Then, she essentially gave me an offer I couldn't refuse when she told me about a 1 bedroom size unit that rarely gets vacated because tenants love them so much. It was to be available at just the right time that I needed it. I ended up taking the offer and everything was so smooth and pleasant! Since recently moving in, I am extremely pleased.
The office staff and maintenance crew are very friendly and helpful. Even the security guards are always ready to greet residents with a warm and friendly smile. When I pass a resident on the way to the gym or the pool, we acknowledge each other with a "hello" or "Good Morning". Bottom line this is just a great community to call home...Just keeping it real
