Vic Village North

I love Vic Village! The apartments are super nice and very modern. There are some problems with packages and safety here and there, but otherwise a great building that I would recommend!

My experience so far has been so good! It has been awesome. The rooms are super awesome. I love staying in the rooms. Bathrooms are awesome.

Great Apartments, great location, and a lot of supportive staff. The amenities like the rooftop and the gym are extremely nice to have. Also plenty of stores and restaurants near by.

The apartment is brand new and newly furnished. The laundry room is very convenient, and full kitchen is a bonus. Leasing office staff is great!

Great Location and a great staff. They are extremely helpful and friendly. The views from the apartments are pretty nice as well. However, one issue is that construction is still ongoing inside this building.

It seems like the accommodation is very well-organized. It's great that they use Amazon for deliveries. I'm looking forward to various other events.

This apartment is in a very convenient location for the University of Michigan central campus. It is very close to the Diag and a short walk from the downtown. It is also very nice on the interior.

The amenities are amazing and I love being able to access both North and South. The terrace is beautiful and the study rooms are phenomenal.

The staff at vic village south has been very helpful with everything from touring the building while still under construction to move in day. The building is very nice and in a prime location with great amenities.

Really excited to move into the new apartment. Definitely should be an upgrade from the dorms and so far the staff has been very helpful answering questions for me and my teammates.

Vic village South has the best location within all of Ann arbor. I absolutely love the building and its amenities it has to offer. Having a gym and canes within the building are super convenient.

Vic South has the best customer service from signing leases to questions with parking and construction completion dates. It was also very seamless figuring out what unit we wanted and the portal with roommates.

My experience with the leasing department was fabulous! Everyone is very friendly and accommodating. Very willing to make certain you are happy at the Vic!
