Victoria Park Apartments

we started living here a couple months ago and it’s just been so wonderful, when getting the apartment jenny helped us through everything, made the process super easy, there’s always food trucks in the Neighborhood which is so convenient and nice, they also hosted there own pizza party, all of the office representatives are amazing! Plus when ever we need something fixed they come super quick!!

Amenities doors always broken, kids under 16 breaking equipment and club house, everything is outdated.

Management does not do diligence of policing amenities as they should. Gate is often broken and just left wide open. When you leave, they will make up reasons to keep your deposit, legitimate or not. Try your options of another apartment complex.

Very comfortable, I would recomended, the pool its nice its have everythin nearby like supermarket,fastfood,pharmacy,barbershop

I have been at Victoria Park for almost 2 years and have really enjoyed my time here! The office staff is always incredibly friendly and attentive and maintenance requests have been processed and attended to quickly. The location is close to all major Orlando destinations while being removed enough to feel out of the “bubble” when you’re home. Would definitely recommend!

have lived at VP for just under two years now and I have been nothing but impressed, the staff truly love and value not only their jobs but also the apartments itself and the residents. All of the office staff and maintenance personnel are spectacular but a special shout out to Priscilla for always being a phone call away with answers and solutions to anything and everything I may need. Work orders get resolved Extremely fast and Maintenance doesn’t just awkwardly enter your apartment to fix something and leave with out a goodbye, they knock and have great personal small talk, some will even play with the dogs, they are great here. I truly recommend. The amenities speak for them self with there beauty but I wanted to hop on and speak for the staff.

The units are very nice and spacious. Landscaping is regularly maintained. Always have a place to park (pre-pandemic and during it). Maintenance takes care of our requests with haste. Shout to Alex S. She's the real MVP! Alex has provided top-notch communication to us from way back when we signed our lease and now during the height of the pandemic. Her and the other ladies in the office redefine what it means to be a great apartment rental team and raise the bar significantly. P.S. Did I mention food trucks come here regularly? ;)

Alex is amazing! She has made us feel valued as residents at VP. Since we signed our lease until now, Alex has always been readily available to assist with any question or concerns. I feel like we almost have our own personal leasing agent, and that has made our experience that much smoother and convenient. The apartment itself is also very spacious, and for the price, our amenities are incredibly worthy. The only downside is the traffic that accumulates outside of the complex because it's a single-lane road, and there's a traffic light just outside of the complex that can be a little inconvenient. Otherwise, this is an amazing apartment complex!

I’ve been here for about 2 years now and the staff is super great! All the maintenance staff do a excellent job at maintaining the property clean and functional! They take care of all the apartments great! Magnificent job by all staff!!

Moved here from lake house (awful) and it is so nice. What a great change

I recently visited and will be moving in soon. I was really impressed with the large pool and gym. I like the basketball court too. The day I visited, the staff was cooking out for the people that were at the pool. I thought that was so cool. The apartments were so large. We may go with the 4 bedroom and get one more roommate.

Awful experience with the staff!! I have been living here for about a year and a half, and when it is time to renew I will not! I have had consistent issues with my refrigerator and office staff has been unbelievably rude. I have called at least 6 times over the course of my leases about fridge being too warm. Every time maintenance comes out, they do a quick fix band-aid, and about a month later my fridge is warm again and I lose all of my groceries. I have pleaded nicely many times for them to fix this issue, and I want a permanent fix. It is unreasonable for me to be afraid to store groceries in my own home because I fear coming back to a unsafe, warm fridge at any moment. I have requested of Erica, the manager, to give me her managers contact information. And big surprise, she refused. I am at loss, I am disgusted, I am tired. I don't understand why they refuse to help their tenants. Especially a tenant that always pays rent on time. When management comments back and says, "We're so sorry this happened, please reach out"; all I have to say is get me a fridge that works!! It's that simple.

I moved into VP about 4 years ago and I’ve never had a problem. The maintenance staff and the ladies down in the office are always on top of things, and they are always truly doing what they can to make this an even better place. Aside from the gorgeous amenities, the community gatherings, this place has truly become my home. My current housing situation is changing and I still don’t want to leave VP! I rave about how beautiful this place is and how wonderful everything has been to all my friends and family. Never any pest problems. I truly love Victoria park.

I have lived here for five years, and I have to say that I made the right decision in choosing Victoria Park as my home. The staff is very professional, they really care about their residents, and they always go above and beyond the call of duty to help. Erica has been here ever since I moved in. In fact, she was my leasing agent, and it was her cheerfulness and caring attitude that convinced me to choose to live here instead of the numerous other choices. I was glad to see her rise the ranks to property manager, because I know that Victoria Park has a wonderful steward that takes excellent care of the property and its residents. Special shoutout also goes to Priscilla and Alex who are so helpful, and add tremendous value to living here. I encourage you to look no further...Victoria Park is the place to be!

My husband and I really enjoyed the two years we have lived here. The community is well kept and the landscaping is beautiful. The manager Erica and her staff is awesome, especially the maintenance guys. Keep up the good work!

My husband and I have lived in Victoria Park for almost 5 years and from the day we signed our lease to now, the staff and our experience living here has been nothing but exceptional. We met Erica when we first moved to Victoria Park and she has always gone out of her way to assist us with anything we needed. She has been a part of many renovation projects on property that has made Victoria Park an even more amazing place to live. All the staff in the office have been amazing and work so hard each and every day. We love living at Victoria Park and we appreciate everything the staff does for our community!

For the record I moved out less than 1 year ago because I moved to California for work. I thoroughly enjoyed Victoria Park apartments because I didn’t have to think or worry about anything. The staff communicated regularly if there were any issues with either slips in the door or email blasts, and did their best to minimize these inconveniences. They also wanted everyone to enjoy their time there, and held regular events that were a good way to meet the neighbors. The rooms were fairly priced, clean, and had good surrounding amenities in a good growing area. I can confidently say had I not moved I’d still be living there enjoying my time in the VP apartments.

For 2 years I have lived here - never a complaint or missed payment and they see a trash bag outside of our door, take a picture, and charge us a $75 fee. No prior violations for anything. Good riddance, glad I moved out.

When i first arrived at Victoria Park a year ago i was amazed and in awe of its beauty. Throughout the process of moving in i was in the middle of the management change and a former employer hid my file and stole my deposit never to be seen again. Under new management, Erica and Priscilla took their time to help me get the apt i wanted and ensure everything that was stole was taking care of. They have done an extensive amount of renovations to the complex to enhance its beauty and repair things the old management left in shambles. When i moved in the unit was clean with new carpets, paint and clean appliances. Our ice maker wasn’t working at first and maintenance came out that day once we realized and fixed it immediately. We hardly had maintenance issues besides typical usage and when we did have anything they were quick to fix it. Pest control sprayed around the property once a week and when we had a small problem they took care of our unit as well and we never had a problem again! Publix is right across the street and i would walk there frequently. Wawa, tire kingdom and Taco Bell are all next door as well and brand new with more shopping to come! Reasonable distance to all other shopping, theme parks and night life which made living here convenient and easy. Make sure to become great friends with Erica the property manager she is the sweetest human around and deals with it all.

We have several apartments at this property and cannot say enough good things!! The staff always go above and beyond to accommodate any requests. The management team is outstanding! The amenities are plentiful and always clean and inviting.

Always clean, work orders always completed within a few days, best of all you will always be taken care of. My children and I loved the pool as well!

Moved into Victoria Park the day before thanksgiving, we had some issues with a non working dryer.. broken ceiling fan etc.. but the staff worked hard to fix replace and just did all they could to make things right... since then ANY issues have swiftly worked on and taken care of... I have never seen any service as i have seen here... every time i walk into the office the greeting is warm and friendly as if i am family... the atmosphere over all living is is peaceful even the large balloon rides take off or land across the street here just adds to a sense of calm and peace... the grounds and amenities are amazing the workout room the pool with a waterfall... more grills open to use than get used so you can always find a nice place to BBQ... after reading a few of the other comments from a few years ago it seems to me that they got the message and cleaned up and fixed what was needed in their staff as it all works now... and very well... my hat is off to them... thank you for providing a great place to call home....

I have lived at Victoria Park for almost 7 years now and absolutely love it. The management and staff in the office are awesome and anytime I have had any kind of maintenance issue it has usually been fixed within 24 hours at the most. The outdoor amenities are awesome and I love the zero entry pool and the hammocks. Once a month they usually do a resident event which are always fun and a great way to get to know the neighbors.

They have a manager named Kim who is a very rude nasty lady they tell you amedies are open from 530am-9pm the basketball court gets shut down as soon as the office closes which is 6pm which is when most people get out of work this lady harasses her tenants about admedies and other things had a incedient with her during holiday season with family and friends around .

I have lived at Victoria Park for almost 3 years and have enjoyed it the whole time. Is it perfect? No, but what community is? The amenities and apartment layouts are very nice, I love the pool and the grill areas, and the staff do a great job keeping things looking nice. Someone commented about the gates, trash, and dog poop. From what I can tell when something breaks they are getting it fixed and replaced as soon as they can. It's like a car things dont run and work correctly all the time. As far as dog poop..... I have lived in a lot of apartment complexes and have this to say. If you own a pet it is your responsibility to pick up after it, not an apartment complexes responsibility. If you can't do it yourself then don't have a pet. Same goes for smokers and cigarette butts be an adult and clean up after yourself. Overall I love living here and would recommend it to anyone!

First off, before we moved in we were promised a move-in date and had a place already picked out but a month before we got the keys, we were told that the tenants of that apt did not want to move anymore. So instead of moving them to a new place, cause we had already put our deposit down and had reserved a truck for a specific day already, they moved our move in day back and told us oh well. Once we finally moved in, we had a pleasant few months but it slowly got worse with the office. The security here is a joke. The gates never work so why bother. And when they do work, people just piggy back off other cars so there are always people who don't live here coming in. We were told that at night, there is someone who closes the pool, the gym, and the clubhouse but we have never seen evidence of anyone doing that. The basketball court was padlocked after 5pm, because people would play until 3 am, but now it no longer is. People are swimming and making too much noise every night. And as soon as the office closes, there are several groups who occupy all of the above mentioned facilities for hours and make it so that residents of the complex cannot even use the gym or clubhouse, which is not fair. When it comes to the cable service, they make you use a specific provider by charging you a premium on top of the rent and the service is awful. I have never seen my cable cut out so much and because they use that provider for cable, you have to get the internet from them as well, which is a joke and never works. The trash compactor is either always full or broken. And the place is constantly full of dog poop and it is not because of pet owners, it is because the waste stations are either overflowing or out of bags. The dog park is full of holes and I have almost twisted my ankle because of that, so their solution was to put cones over the holes, instead of filling them. Maintenance will take care of an emergency, which is nice, but they won't take care of the complex itself which is why it is always full of poop, holes, snakes, cracks, and cigarettes. They just drive around and look busy. And last, but certainly not least, the staff in the office do not care. Any issues address to them, they either tell you to solve the issue or act like they care but they don't. They won't send out proper communication about stuff being worked on or alarm testing or power washing and it just awful. I am done with place.

Great community with wonderful amenities! The community has a resort style with a great pool and lots of recreational activities. The neighbors are quite and the location is very safe. The office staff is extremely helpful and friendly.

Perfect place to live in. The only down of this place, staff is not always frendly. They will be at first and when you pay rent, but if you have any apartments problems any issue at all you will be basically talking to a pitbull face of a staff. But other than that, place is amazing. Spacious apartments, friendly neighborhood.

The overall condition of the apartment is great and in good repair. However the security gate is a lie and doesn't actually shut. The gym is never cleaned and the restrooms next to the gym don't open with the key cards. Overall the apartment complex is nice for the area but the amenities need some work. To be fair, the owners just switched.

5 star apartment rental. From the resort style pool to the fitness center and indoor basketball court is amazing. Also services requested always was repaired before end of day. Staff is very nice and respectful and understanding.
