Property Ratings at Victoria Place Apartments
Very nice and quiet, beautifully landscaped with nice courtyards. Professional managers and maintenance. Love my gorgeous apartment!.
I've lived at Victoria Place 4 years now.The managers are nice, maintenance resolved quickly and best of all pet friendly.Victoria Place is quiet, clean and out of town.If you are looking for a beautiful place close to schools then check them out.
I've lived here for 3 yrs and love it. Managers Judy and Wendi are so friendly and helpful. The maintenance of the grounds and buildings, as well as inside, is outstanding. Two of my very favorite things about my apartment is that it is downstairs and I have a laundry room. Peaceful and Quiet. Best apartment living I have ever found.
I read lots of reviews on all sorts of things, but rarely write one. I have been living here for almost 3 years, with no plans to move at this time. I live with my tiny dog and my cat. I was very grateful to find a place that allows all of us. Judy is the manager I have dealt with most often and she is very professional and helpful. Like any place that you live in things can break. Andrew is the person that comes and fixes those things. He is always pleasant, comes when he is needed and fixes things! Apartment living does have the advantage of not having to do those things yourself. I live in a town home and it is clean, pleasant, and quiet. If you are interested in a nice small town to live in and want the nicest apartments in Dallas, this is the place. I feel it is my home and that means a great deal. Nice neighbors and a feeling of community too.
Victoria Place has been our home for almost all of 5 years of our residency in Dallas, Or . Management is absolutely incredible, always on top of maintenance needs, home-watch requests, and tenant behavior. They expect respectable, clean, and proficient residents... Just like any property management team SHOULD expect. This is the safest and most reliable place that I could have ever moved my family to. They have all become family to us, and never have I had any doubts as to their professionalism. My family and I are deeply saddened in the fact that we are re-locating, just because of the amazing people we have come to know, here. My children are able to walk to school, we are able to enjoy walks around our neighborhood without having to worry about the disruption on "down-town" activities. It's the perfect location!! As for the apartments, there is not a nicer complex in this town!! It sure makes living in an apartment, not so bad :) The yard is regularly maintained, and always appealing to visitors. Without hesitation, these are the BEST apartments in Dallas!! Highly recommended for anyone that would like a close-knit, family feeling, and safe place to raise children. Even if you plan to live alone, this is the place for you! These people truly care for their tenants and address any concerns we may have, regarding any given situation or time. Wish there were more stars to give!
The management staff is nice as can be, but they are extremely unprofessional and are not good at their jobs. The maintenance staff is slow and didn't fix any of the problems I had been having. Although they look nice, they have terrible ant problems and the appliances are unreliable.
Apartment was BRAND NEW clean. Everything worked. When something did break it was fixed immediately. Neighbors were friendly but not too friendly. Great access to main road. Grounds were kept cleaned and maintained. I highly recommend this place!
I've lived in apartments for most my life and at Victoria Place, I lived in a 1 bedroom 1 bath for two years. I moved to Dallas because of a job and Judy and Barbara made it a very pleasant place to live. I loved having a washer and dryer in my apartment and the apartments are spacious with great details like built in shelves. I also have two pets, a dog and a cat and they were both welcome there. Judy and Barbara do a great job to make you feel like family there When I would get packages left at the office, I would call them after work and they would immediately scheduled a time that evening for me to pick them up or even bring them to me. Any concerns were handled swiftly and seriously. Having just moved out, I can also say that even that part of the process is efficient. I got my deposit back less than a week after moving out. I think that is a record for me.
My family of 5 moved into a two bedroom apartment this last summer for six months while our house was being built. I was happy with the lay-out of the unit, and all of the appliances worked great. Having a washer and dryer included in the unit was an added plus, along with the optional garage we used for storing our belongings. I was impressed by the upkeep of the grounds and I couldn't believe how quiet the area around my unit was! Not at all what I imagined from an apartment complex setting. The best part though, I think, were the on-site managers. The ladies there really seemed to take care of their tenants and were so friendly- they helped me out with little things on a variety of occasions. I'm very glad we chose this apartment complex- it was a good experience. If I ever needed to stay somewhere again I wouldn't hesitate.
I moved into a 2bd/2bth townhouse unit over one year ago. I was mainly looking for a quiet, clean, pet friendly and more importantly, a safe place to live. I was very pleased with the amenities of the townhouse and the overall cleanliness of the unit as well as the complex. No garbage on the streets, lawn is maintained regularly which is appealing and keeps the complex looking up to date. The neighborhood in general was always very quiet and peaceful. Very friendly. I never encountered ANY problems with my neighbors at all. Plenty of spacious parking for the tenants and visitors also. It's a very pet friendly environment. Dogs are on leashes and everyone 'picks up' after their furry friends which is a huge PLUS! Garbage and Recycling located near the complexes so it's convenient and is fenced in so its not an eye sore as you drive through. I loved living in my townhouse because it was very updated, appliances all worked great. Everything was CLEAN and NEW and in working order upon my moving in which is all priority to look for when finding a place to live. I had a few minor fixes (heating element in the oven) which was addressed and promptly replaced within 24 hrs. I was also impressed with the landladies, Barbara and Judy who were always pleasant and eager to answer any and all of my questions, even up until my moving out date. They are both friendly and very professional people. I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking to live in a small quiet town. It's a nice place to live and it's close to the high school, elementary and middle school so it has a family feel to it.
