Victoria Place is always so well maintained, and if there is any needs of repairs the team handles it right away. The owners do a fantastic job of making sure the apartments and property continue to look like a resort.

The community is beautiful and the staff is amazing. However, I would not recommend for older professionals (community is better geared towards a younger crowd or UCF students) or people who are particular about their environment (i.e. dog mess all over the property). The non-compliant residents (i.e. leaving trash out, not picking up after their dogs or habitually having their dogs off-leash) are who make living here unpleasant.

This community is competitive to the neighboring complexes. There are a few downsides such as no patios, but visually it does make the community look a lot nicer without everyone?s personal belongs on display. The noise level definitely became louder as the years went by. The neighbors were loud at late hours, my neighbors dog would bark endlessly (I notified the front office but nothing was done) and I had a construction hazard in my building that wasn?t addressed as quickly as I thought it would?ve. However the amenities are nice, the gym could use an update (the treadmill always out of service, only one stair master, one bench) and the pool is well maintained. The staff are wonderful at their job, which is hard to come by! William and Bill (maintenance) were fantastic. We had the older appliance so sometimes we?d have issues but they resolved everything the same day! Again, there was a safety concern of the stolen packages. The main gate is often broken and under maintenance which was also disappointing. Twice, I saw the homeless wandering into our complex. There should be security after main hours on variable times a week for how high the rent is. But I would recommend as one of the better communities to live in the area and the rates are just as good as the rest.

I would recommend the community because its a beautiful property and the VP team is great. The only reason I did not give a 10 is because some of the residents make it unpleasant (i.e. not picking up after their dogs, leaving trash (i.e. there was a condom in the breeze way for over a week..Yuk!). I've raised my daughter already, and the only dependents I'm going to clean up after are my dogs.

I would recommend because of the location. It's so easy to walk to Waterford and take advantage of all the activities there. The only hesitation I would have recommending it would be the cost of rent and also a few of the residents are extremely rude.
