Property Ratings at Victoria Trails
Unqualified, rude, and poor management. Evict people left and right no matter if your 93 years old they will put you on the streets. Tried to pay a full balance off to avoid eviction and they told me they didn't want our money just so they could ruin are chances of finding another place to live..Shameful

I have rented here over 11 years the area is nice and I'm comfortable here. Pool is right in front and the past two years at pool were the best , they have this guy who monitors it and does a excellent job. Water is paid and I have washer and dryer inside my apartment. The staff is great and they even have a police officer who lives on the property.awesome living
