Highland is a large, mainly suburban community situated right where the Inland Empire meets the mountains. San Bernardino is right next door, and the University of California San Bernardino campus is just a few minutes up the road. Property Ratings at Victoria Village
It actually sucks they don't have no extra parking space for your car. So if you have 2 cars you can only park one in the property and park your car some where else. You can't even park it on the street. If you want an extra parking space you would have to rent a garage with monthly fee. Also if you have visitors coming to visit you make sure they come as a surprise visit because you would have to get a visitor parking permit from the office while the office is open. If your visitor comes after the office is close well you have bad luck because they won't have a parking visitor permit and their car can get towed. Also when you have a problem in your apartment with something to get fix the people from the office are really rude. The problem doesn't get fix right away. More the manager she is rude and doesn't know how to talk to the tenants. You would think she would know how to talk to the tenants. The manager smells like alcohol when you get near her. If you are thinking of renting here I would think about it.
My wife and I moved in at the beginning of the year. We fell in love at first sight, and we've not had a reason to second guess our choice. Very warm community, personable management, beautiful apartments, and plenty of parking. We made Victoria Village our home, and I recommend it strongly to anyone who asks. If I HAD to list a complaint??? Sometimes the kids playing outside can be loud. But only during the early evening. Really, that's the worst thing I can think of. Stop scrolling. You found your next home.
if I could I'd give it no stars. I was very interested in this place for my family and I, but for some reason they keep hanging up on me. If that's how they treat potential renters, I don't want to know how they treat their renters. Thanks but no thanks.
I just Notice in this WEB PAGE Aparments.com the add about Victoria Village, and is NOT TRUE what they said, I live here for about 10 Years, and the RENT is going UP every Year, the Manager telling me Because the Maintenance is very high cost for the Owners, You CAN NOTICE this Promotion NOW is for 2b.2b. for 800.00 and I my Payment is way Up of that, my payment is 880.00 with 10 years in the same apartment I know is Voluntary BUT supposed when have you Live long time in the same apt. it fell like The Manager Don't like you anymore on the Property, and the ONLY way to kick you out, is only INCREASING the RENT payment. is NOT APPRECIATION for Nothing. and for NOBODY even the BIG REPAIR are made by Manager Son ( ALL-TECH ) is very cheap the JOBS than they Do. I just Got the TILE Paper floor, and is the 2nd Time replaced and is still BAD QUALITY,, you will get stuck in with the GLUE come from the BAD quality work...well is,, Hopping Get something better around Highland start looking ,, good luck everybody .... also YOU ARE WELCOME TO SPEAK with anybody of the Maintenance Workers even in The office people they faces looks NOT happy are all....
My hubby and I found this apartment complex when we became pregnant with our first child. There was a great promotion going on so we took advantage and rented a 1 bedroom apartment. That was my daughter's first home and what I loved about it was that it was so quiet! A year later we moved closer to the front office in the same complex, downstairs to a two bedroom and we have been here since. My children (we are due with #3 soon!) love taking walks and looking at the flowers here, and playing on the playground. Having been here so long, they are also familiar with and enjoy visiting the office staff, who are always so helpful. The apartment itself is quaint, and gives us peace of mind. One of my favorite things about the apartment is the spacious rooms. The living room and dining room combine so it gives the impression of being much larger. The bedrooms are a great size too and overall it's a very affordable place for a family just starting out. There is plenty of room whether you live upstairs or downstairs to have a grill outdoors or garden, as most units have a little plot or space to decorate and add little touches on the porch to really make it feel like home. The staff is always prompt if something needs fixing or replacing, which is not often at all. The complex is located within walking distance (less than 5 minutes!) to shopping and entertainment, which is very convenient. My only 'complaint' really is that management prefers that you do not have a satellite dish installed. We went with cable instead and have been having problems there so getting a satellite dish may have been easier. Other than that, I have really enjoyed living here. There is a laundry room with all new washers and dryers, a nice pool and jacuzzi, even a gym! Great amenities for the rental price. I think whenever it comes time to leave this place I will miss it- it's where I brought my children home and where we've created many happy memories.
