Stretched along the Mississippi River, Saint Louis is the second most populous city in Missouri. Regarded as the Gateway to the West, Saint Louis was the starting point of Lewis and Clark’s infamous expedition. Saint Louis’ most iconic landmark, the Gateway Arch, is a memorial celebrating the nation’s westward expansion.
In addition to its rich history, Saint Louis offers residents access to exceptional amenities and culture. An apartment in Saint Louis affords you the opportunity to climb sculptures composed of reclaimed building materials at the one-of-a-kind City Museum, or watch the Cardinals play ball at Busch Stadium.
Hit the town and catch a performance at the Fabulous Fox, or indulge in some retail therapy at the massive Saint Louis Outlet Mall. There’s incredible architecture to admire in the Washington Avenue Historic District, or you could experience the flora and fauna on display at the Saint Louis Zoo and Missouri Botanical Garden.

Tyesha the property manager is the best. She takes care of our needs many times before we need it. She stays late and comes in early. We have been searching for a property like this for ages. This is the place to live thank you.

NEVER MOVE HERE. ALL POSITIVE REVIEWS ARE FAKE!!! Place is run down and unsafe. The property manager is extremely rude in every interaction I had with her after I moved in. Refused to fix my mail box since June! Asked questions about early move out and was told I have access to the lease and read the lease. Its your job to help tenants not sit on your *** doing nothing!!!!!!!!! Was suppose to meet with the property manager, showed up, there was a note on the door saying they wouldnt be open til 11 that day, it was noon. I waited 2.5 hours before giving up. I called, emailed, and messaged on Facebook. I have a longer review but character limit prevents me from saying everything.

I have no problem at all its pretty quiet the only thing I would like more is the communication other than that I have a pretty cool unit and good neighbors.
These are the Worst Apartments!! Ever Nothing Can not and will not be. Fixed nor repaired!! I haven’t even been here 12 months yet and management has changed 3x/ the workers are lazy /units are not up to date at all! Hopefully this new management changes it all/ but right now Victorian village is a place I would definitely run from! I actually thought before I moved here that the reviews where so old and I’m sure by now there was a turn around NOPE FOLLOW YOUR FIRST MIND. My air in my unit has been out going on 2 months now seems like each day it’s get hotter / I have leaks leaks and mildew /with children / my stove only 2 outlet works/ dishwasher floods .. I hate it I hate it!!! even the emergency maintenance is trash please read reviews on property when making a decision !
Leasing office is uncaring. My apartment was not inspected. Was under the impression was goin to be a great place to live. The unit my family was supposed to be getting wasn’t even ready on move in day so we had to settle for apartment on corner. There is a junk unit container on the side with furniture, stoves, washer/dryers, and mattresses on the grass. Along with a cut down tree just sitting. Disgusting looking every time we pull up and embarrassing. I was told would be taken care of by move in.....now 2weeks later more decorations on the grass. Along with the outside appearance the inside is decent but was MINIMALLY cleaned and barely looks as if it was ready for us to move in here. I wish I could upload pictures on here of the mess of living in Victorian village I regret signing this lease and the facade of these apartments..super disappointing
Horrible.Just horrible. They lost my money orders for one month's rent. They never came to fix anything. They are very unorganized.Overall it's not worth your money.
I've lived here at Victoria Village for a little over a year, unfortunately I got behind on my rent, I can't get caught up. I'm just tired of moving from place to place, I've been looking for additional employment, with no luck, I have customer service skills, data entry, spreadsheets, etc...
Very beautiful and well kept. I definitely recommend.
During specials you can catch deals such as NO application fee, NO occupancy permit fee, approvals within 24-48 hours, fast move ins, all electric units, affordable rent along with new carpet and new appliances. I was ecstatic to see how clean, comfy and roomy my new townhome was and never want to leave home. The community is great and there are many convenient places near by from gas stations, food places, groceries and great schools. If I could afford to post on a billboard stating "MAKE VICTORIAN VILLAGE YOUR NEW HOME" I would happily do so!
After searching and calling numerous apartments and townhomes in the hazelwood school district area and paying multiple application fees as well as not hearing back from them I started to give up and time was running out. In June 2015, I went to Victorian Village just to find out at the time there were availabilities and specials such as NO application fee and NO occupancy permit fee which was a great surprise! The ladies in the leasing office were very nice and professional and the approval process took 24-48 hours. I really liked the fact that I moved in quickly and had new carpet and new appliances. Its so homely, comfy, affordable and clean. I would definitely recommend anyone I know to move here!
I have wanted to live in this community since I was 15. Now, at almost fifteen years later, I couldn't be more happier. When I originally looked at them, I thought they were too expensive. But something told me to just ask. I am so happy I did. They were in the price range that I wished that they could be. But to add excitement to ecstatic, this is the first place that I can call my own. I lived and took care of my mom my whole life; she had cancer for twenty years and finally succumbed to the illness July 2014. It was the most devastating blow to my life. I really didn't think I would make it but then all I wanted to do was continue to make her happy while surviving here without my angel. I'd lost the house that my mom and I rented and was staying with my aunt (who is a Godsend). But I didn't want to be thirty years old, finally with the only responsibility being myself (my mom had been my ONLY priority for so long) and living under someone else's roof. So after throwing caution in the wind, I put in for this community. I got the call a week after my mom's one year anniversary of her Homegoing that I was approved for not only an apartment but the TOWNHOUSE in the neighborhood that I have wanted to be in for so long! I am so happy to be doing this and proving to not only my family, but myself also, that I am a survivor like my mom was for twenty years with stage 4 cancer. I know that she is proud of me, but equally as important, I am proud of myself.
