Situated just seven miles west of Downtown Portland, Beaverton is a beautiful, wooded community nicknamed the “Best in Oregon.” Beaverton is definitely the best for outdoor lovers – the city features more than 100 parks covering more than 1,000 acres. Another best? Beaverton’s school system, which is consistently recognized for high SAT scores. And with ski slopes on the east side and beaches on the west, some might argue that Beaverton’s location is best, as well.
While you can quickly reach Portland in less than 15 minutes, Beaverton is much more than a suburb. Nike headquarters is located here, along with Tektronix and Reser’s Fine Foods. Retail is big in Beaverton, home to the Washington Square Mall, Beaverton Town Square, Cedar Hills Crossing, and a variety of locally-owned boutiques scattered throughout the city, but especially in Downtown Beaverton.

Property Ratings at Victory Flats at Elmonica Station Apartments
I have previously worked in the industry and will admit that Elmonica Station is one of the best. I have lived for 3 years now. The leasing office always handles your requests in a timely manner. Michelle is a rockstar and I swear she knows all the tenants names. The maintenance staff is also very quick to handle any maintenance requests you have. Every morning you will see them cleaning up the property and saying hi to the residents. If you've had bad experiences at previous properties/communities, give this place a try.

My husband and I lived here previously before moving out of state, and came back years later! Everyone who works at Victory Flats has been so friendly and helpful. It’s also in a great location, so that you can easily get around on foot to some great restaurants and shops. Highly recommend!

Loved this place. The property management was so nice. I wish it was cheaper to live there. Maintenance was so nice. The only thing is that if you forget to pick up your package in time before the office closes was a pain sometimes but manageable.

Thank you for sharing your positive experience at our community! We love to know what our resident enjoy most about living here, and we are grateful to read your feedback you provided.
Nice and quiet area, close to major landmarks, fantastic staff.
I love how responsive the apartment management is. My request was addressed and the issue was resolved within the same day.
It became expensive, the neighborhood was not that great, the new neighbors were not very friendly. Too many people living in a two bedroom apartment and people having multiple dogs. It was become more of a frat house than a complex for professionals
Fast maintenance. Thank you for always taking care of us.
I think this is a decent apartment for the price. We do have a bit of a problem with houseless people and cars being left back by our building. We assume this is mostly because we are at the edge of the property by the train tracks.
I'd recommend the unit itself, I just think the price isn't worth it. Not great parking, pool was closed down due to covid, office staff changed and wasn't as great as the old staff.
Everything but the parking is great. Paying for covered parking is a racket and all spaces should be available for everyone.
Everything was fast, efficient, and the maintenance person was friendly.
This complex is very quiet, clean, and located in a great place.
I would recommend your place to family members and friends
Great staff community is good and proximity to a max line was a plus. Parking was sometimes difficult and i know its not the norm but an elevator for the 2nd and 3rd floors would be a nice addition. Part of the reason we decided to purchase sooner rather than later and move was because parking was inconvenient and the stairs started aggravating an old injury. This is something we would face in most appartments in this area though.
I liked living there because they were new apartments with nice design/layouts. Close to the max line and grocery stores. For that time in my life, especially when I was commuting to work downtown, the apartment was perfect. I also appreciated that the rent never went up drastically during my stay.
I tell people I love my apartment. It is quiet and the fixtures and look of the place are outstanding.
It was perfectly fine for what I needed at the time, but given the rent increases it was not justifiable to stay.
After living in downtown for a year i was looking for a nice quiet place were i could feel at home at the end of the day, and All my expectations and more have been met
Very quiet here, the air conditioning works very well, the apartment is spacious and comfortable. Only took one point away due to the kitchen being a bit small for our tastes. Not enough cupboard space for dishes etc AND foods. But other than that, great!
Clean, modern, and a great location.
The application process was not only fast and efficient, but it was also warm and welcoming. I love the peace and tranquility of the neighborhood and the surrounding nature.
The community os friendly and well cared for
The community has been well-maintained and anyone who I have (safely) come across have been welcoming and polite. The space is well laid out.
I really liked our apartment and the good service. I did not like how much carport fees were and the constant trash problems (almost always overflowing and ugly). I lived at a much cheaper place before and they were able to keep the trash area clean. That seems basic to me.
Beautiful living spaces, friendly community and staff, great location!
Modern everything, tremendous staff, access to max line, parks, and a super quiet community with all things considered.
Great amenities, a little high for the value, but very happy here
Would recommend to friends looking for apartments in the Beaverton area. Nice units, rate is reasonable for location and quality of amenities. Office staff is exceptional (especially Lauren!), friendly and accommodating. Drawbacks are bad neighbors (if you are unlucky), overflowing dumpster area, and closed amenities (not your fault due to covid) with no rate reduction to reflect the reduced service.
Nice safe and quiet place.
well taken care of community the only inconvenience is the trimet running
yes
Great community starts at the office. Your staff goes above and beyond.
I have been a member of this apartment community since 2015, and just moved from my 2 bedroom apartment into a 1 bedroom appartment. NEVER have the windows been washed from the outside, the garbage area are always a mess. The cabinets are coated with plastic wood grain and now in 1 bedroom apartment they are peeling off. For the price being paid not so good.
If I had family and friends who were seeking an apartment community, I would not hesitate to recommend Victory Flats, as long as they didn't need an area for a dining room table and didn't mind carpet in high traffic areas.
Sometimes we find trash in the bushes in our neighborhood.
It's one of the best apartment complexes I've ever lived in. Great amenities, lovely staff, ideal location. It's the perfect place for me.
So amazing that you guys even change bulbs. Always polite and helpful.
I think Victory Flats is a great place to live, and since I work for Nike, very close to work too.
Definitely the best experience I ever had. I will recommend victory flats 100%.
I feel the area is pretty safe but some bikes were stolen so a little less so. And my upstairs neighbors tend to make a lot of noise which can be difficult if I weren't such a heavy sleeper.
The price is a bit higher than I was looking for, and the parking situation made me slightly wary (no free assigned parking). The appliances all look new, the rooms look clean and in great shape, the location is fantastic, and the community seems to be healthy.
Great location. Quiet. Very nice residents. Awesome on site staff
Repair was done in a professional and courteous manner. Only critique is leaving the floor in a worse state than it originally was, resulting in area needing to be cleaned.
I really enjoy living in a welcoming and safe neighborhood.
Great options for locations and apartment size. Close to good amenities. New facilities.
I love everything about this apartment community! The office staff are friendly and ALWAYS so helpful. The community is safe and quiet. I love seeing all the families and dogs out and about.
Very kind community. The staff in the community has always been kind and helpful. I would recommend based on the fact that everyone who works here makes you feel good.
It was easy to have my problem fixed and resolved.
If I could get discount on rent I would 100% recommend it to my friends or people that ask me if they are moving out here..
Very good community, close to public transportation. All the people from the office are very nice
