Property Ratings at VIDA Apartments and Townhomes
Have been here for over a year now, it's one of the best apartments I've ever lived in. Leasing, management, and maintenance staff have all been super responsive and helpful. Construction at the Strong Museum can be a little loud in the morning, but usually subsides around noon and will be non-existent once the expansion opens. Definitely recommend!

Highly do not suggest living here. The management of VIDA is the most disorganized I have ever dealt with. Not only do the units have mice and other reports of roaches, but the management team here sets off test fire alarms and gives you a 29 minute notice. Additionally, they have doors downtown that open automatically for 30 seconds and then wonder why we have intruders sleeping in the lobbies downtown.

I love living here! The leasing staff has always treated me so well and I took great pleasure in being the pioneer tenant. The units are beautiful and affordable. The maintenance staff is quick and attentive to matters. All in all, I can’t say enough good things about VIDA. The only downside isn’t even their fault but that’s being situated right next to a traffic light that might be the longest and most useless known to man. It makes sleeping difficult when people are blasting their music at 2 in the morning. I digress, everything else about this place is a godsend.

I can’t say enough about VIDA! In my 32 years it has been the best place I have ever lived. From the beautiful layouts, to the friendly staff and the perfect location! I absolutely Love it here.
