The leasing team was incredibly friendly, professional, and efficient, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. Not only did he answer all my questions with patience and clarity, but he also took the time to accommodate my specific needs. We went to Vida apartments looking for a one bedroom for my mom. Carholy was super helpful, charming and sweet. My mom doesnt speak English and Carholy was able to help with translations. Carholy was so patient explaining every detail and showing us the amenities and two different floor plans.

Kaitlyn R helped us through every step of the process of our move-in here and it was seamless. She removed obstacles from us before we even knew they were there. Everything was quick and painless. We have been very pleased with this apartment it has all the amenities.and reasonable price. Quick maintenance turnaround times. Major plus is it's in Daybreak Downtown area close to transportation

I toured this aparments and front office staff was super friendly and professional, really nice amenities (gym, pool and coffee shop) and pet friendly. end up moving in and I love it! maintenance is great and friendly never had an issue. highly recommend to check this community out!
