Mi experiencia de en Vida 46 ha sido demasiado buena, es un lugar bonito, con lindas áreas verdes, tranquilo y seguro. Todos son personas respetuosas y amigables. When I came to tour Vida46 the staff was immediately friendly and helpful and made me feel welcome. I had Been given a flyer at my work. I was looking for an apt for my sister and I. I needed the apartment to be close to work, (because I do not have a car and need to walk) affordable and a first floor availability. They hit it out of the ball park with All of that and more. The Complex was well kept up it had a great pool and jacuzzi and a work out room. The whole process of applying on line and signing the lease was excellent. The apartment was clean and ready for us to move in. We had a few things we found needed to be fixed but work orders were put in right away and we have been updated every step of the way. I would definitely recommend Vida46 As a great place to live.

Don't move here if you like to keep your car clean. Every Thursday 3 landscapers with blowers will cover it with dirt.

Mi experiencia en Vida 46 ha sido excelente desde sus inicios. En mi proceso de arrendamiento siempre recibí muy buen asesoramiento por parte del personal de oficina. Además de recibir excelente atención y trato amable. Para mí representa un logro vivir aquí, me parece un excelente lugar. Tiene áreas verdes, bonitas.Es tranquilo y todas las personas en general son respetuosas. Se vive un ambiente muy agradable. Ya he hecho amistades con otros residentes, quienes han vivido aquí más de 8 años y me dicen que ha vivido muy a gusto. Me encanta la ubicación del lugar. Casi todo queda a 5 min, tiendas , restaurantes , gym, parques, biblioteca, etc. Estoy muy contenta de vivir aquí.

What was advertised was not delivered in "renovated" unit, so not getting what you're paying for. Staff is uncommunicative and disorganized.

Be living at this location for 20 years. Hoping for longer stay. Everybody body that lives around me are very nice, Always helping out people in need of help and thats what nice people to try to help out older people who live in apartments that may not be able to gets things or move things. And I try to resect everyone I speak to. 2020 has been the worse but we all know this just trying to make things work.

A wonderful little apartment complex complete with spacious floor plans, killer deals for utilities, and a large pool of course. Set up in a great location, right across the street from paradise valley mall along with plenty of restaurants, grocery stores, etc. This complex is truly outstanding. Not to mention its complete with a very accommodating staff, and a speedy albeit efficient maintenance crew. What more could you ask for? (:
