Property Ratings at View Point Terrace Apartments
I've lived here for TWO MONTHS and already have had my car window smashed and several of my neighbors have mentioned experienced the same. Not only that, but the building itself has been broken into, including the storage rooms. My neighbor and I had thousands of dollars in personal belongings stolen. There is no on-site security (as of 9/4/20). Property management didn't return my call when reporting the burglary.
Worst rental experience of my 65 years of life. The building isn't what it seems and the property management company is ruthless.
The worst building in Portland thats mastered the art of illusion. Don't be fooled. The worst noise issues I've ever encountered because of how poorly this building is constructed. Poorly managed by an unethical and notoriously incompetent property management company. Theft is an ongoing problem in the building and Managment refuses to take any action in preventing it. RePorts have been made by multiple tenants for over a year and nothing has been done. ZERO AMENITIES and basic finishes which make these units relatively overpriced. People come for the views and break did leases because of the aforementioned. It's not worth it.
3939 SW View Point Terrace is located in a quiet neighborhood just outside of downtown Portland. I have a view of the river, downtown Portland, and the new pedestrian bridge! It is a very comfortable and stylish place to live.
Near major bus lines? Check! In a nice neighborhood on a side street? Check! Near downtown, OHSU, PSU and most importantly the one and only Swan Mart? Check! Neighbors that are more like friends who you can borrow a cup of sugar from? Check! Communal taco Tuesday in the complex? Check! Clean spacious apartments conveniently located to downtown and public transit with a welcoming neighborhood vibe, check it out.
