Property Ratings at Viking Lakes Residences
I have been living here since this place opened. The management is awful and they try to double bill. Hot tub and pool and sauna constantly broken. No communication from management. Plus too many people on campus. No parking. Feel bad for everybody this summer as a restaurant and hair salon are going in... no parking as it is. fancy amentities that have not been open for over 6 months- hammocks, basketball court, tennis/pickleball courts, volleyball, etc They are building 4 more buildings for a total of 8 buildings.
Vikings Lakes Residences is a wonderful place to live! The staff is friendly, professional and responsive. The apartments have first class amenities - flooring, granite countertops, beautiful carpeting in the bedrooms, nice big kitchen sinks, and walls between apartments that are excellent sound buffers. The layout is big in all the right places and thoughtfully designed. The entrance area is set up to encourage neighborly connection, offering a hot beverage machine, a big screen t.v. and stylish, very comfortable furniture. It also manages to be a dog friendly complex without infringing on non-dog owners comfort. Each apartment building has its own gathering room with shuffle board and pool tables along with a full kitchen, t.v., and more comfortable furniture. A great place to go out while never leaving the warmth and comfort of home. The outdoor pool and walking trails are top notch as well as the gas grills available year round. The inside clubhouse has everything you could want to get in a good workout, socialize or work. Choosing Vikings Lakes Residences was an excellent choice for my family. Check it out and compare, you will find so much to love here!
This is such a beautiful and brand new building. I'm so excited that I moved here. Luxury living, great amenities and awesome location. The staff is so amazing. I have loved my time here so far and will always recommend to others.
Moved in August 1st of this year. I was amazed at the level of professionalism from all the representatives of this community, especially David and Bevie they are fantastic. The amenities are excellent, the community is welcoming, and the location is great. Visit and you won’t want to live anywhere else. - Michael DeBianchi
We recently moved from Boston to this gorgeous apartment. We were looking for a three bedroom unit but there weren't any availability at the time. After our initial tour with Delilah, we loved the apartment so much that we decided to downsize to a two bedroom. The unit itself is so spacious and brand new. I'm not gonna say anything about the amenities since you can see all the good reviews about them in other residents' posts. We are simply so pleased with the complex and recommend anyone who is looking for a nice place to live.
Every amenity you could ever need/want, friendly staff and high end finishes. Great for families, young professionals and everyone in between. We don’t plan on leaving any time soon.
We spent months trying to find the right place to live. Once we came across Viking Lakes we knew this was our perfect match. From the community to the amenities, we have been blown away by it all. We are constantly entertained by everything we have access to, the employees are friendly and always willing to help, and our apartment unit makes us feel right at home. If you are ready to love where you live, Viking Lakes is the perfect place for you.
We sold our home and moved to Viking Lakes on October 1st. Our rental agent was Bevie, and she couldn’t have been more helpful! Our 3 bedroom is gorgeous with beautiful views. The building is brand new and has a market, an Amazon hub and two story club room in it. The clubhouse has a two lane bowling alley, virtual sports area, shuffleboard, indoor pool, steam room and sauna. We’ve run into such nice people there too. A special shout out to Fernando as well - he can fix anything!! Delilah and David have been helpful as well. Love it!
We moved to this apartment complex after 34 years of home ownership, and I must say it has been great. Never thought about or missed a rake once this fall. The amenities are top notch - If only Best Buy could figure out how to allow us to change the channels in the club room (smaller new startup company - we'll cut them some slack)- The workout room, Steam room, hot tub and pool are great. David and his team have been very responsive and on top of things. Our dishwasher leaked the first time we used it, and after a couple visits from Fernando it was determined replacement was needed, and within a day, we had a new one. We have had numerous visitors, and all are very impressed with the apartment and amenities. Can't wait to see the pool area when it opens next spring.
We are beyond thrilled with living here!! All the amenities are better than advertised and very well up kept. All the staff are extremely helpful, and our neighbors are all very friendly! We will continue to rave about this apartment complex to our friends and families!
I am very happy that I chose to live at Viking Lakes. Everything is top of the line, and everything is always very clean. It truly feels like home. Management is great, they are always willing to help with anything you need, and they are always super friendly! I truly enjoy it here at Viking Lakes!
From the spacious floor plans, amazing amenities, and attentive staff, this place is one of the places to live!
We moved into a 2BR/2BA apartment in September 2021. The property manager was willing to meet us very early in the morning in our move in day to accommodate our busy schedule. The move in process was seamless. We were able to “reserve” a two hour slot for the elevator near our unit and could even use a few moving carts which helped immensely! The units are absolutely gorgeous and the entire property is gorgeously designs in a simplistic modern style. The maintenance man is a pleasure to chat with when we catch him in the hallways. He came to our unit to help fix a few last minute adjustments that we requested and he was very friendly and patient. We’ve only been here a few months but we’ve been able to enjoy the gym, pool, hot tub, sauna, bowling alley AND the sport simulator. It’s so much fun (and convenient) to walk over to enjoy a few rounds of bowling after dinner. It’s certainly brought so much joy to these cold, gloomy winter nights. If you happen to need a quick snack or perhaps you ran out of milk but didn’t realize it until you’ve already poured a bowl of cereal at 6:00am… don’t worry! You can grab these items and more at the convenience market on the first floor. Don’t even get me started on the coffee machine downstairs… you can probably find me down there getting my usual mid afternoon vanilla latte. We can’t wait for summer to enjoy the pool and outdoor grills. This complex has everything you’d ever want/need/dream of and more. Just come tour it and see for yourself.
There is so much to do at Viking Lakes that I haven't even tried everything yet! The bowling alley and giant hot tub are my favorites so far. All the staff that I have met so far are unbelievably nice and go out of their way to help with any issues or questions you may have. I love my new apartment and am paying about the same for rent as I paid in uptown but for so much more space! And cable and internet are included in the rent! It's a great area with good restaurants and shops nearby. I highly recommend joining the Viking Lakes community.
Great and new apartment with all the amenities you can think of. Highly recommend it!
Viking Lakes Residences offers everything that an apartment dweller needs, and so much more. The gym alone is nicer than most of the YMCA gyms I have attended. The indoor pool (complete with Sauna, Steam room, and the largest hot tub I have ever seen) is perfect for my morning workouts or when I need to destress after a busy workday. There is a large dog park right behind one of the buildings as well as extensive walking trails in the area. The rooms are spacious and any maintenance requests are seen to in a timely manner. People of all ages live here, and we have loved our place!
My fiancé and I recently moved into Viking lakes and we both have been incredibly happy! And felt at home right away. Everyone one here is amazing and so nice! We also love the amenities between the gym, hot tub/saunas, and the many other fun attractions on campus here we have always found fun things to do with friends who visit us or with other residents! Viking Lakes has been a fabulous place for us to call home!
My first interaction with Viking Lakes was with Delilah. Her energy and enthusiasm was amazing. She gave me a tour of the campus and answered all my questions. I signed up the next day. One week before moving in I met Bevie. She was almost as excited for me as I was for myself and the day of my move-in gave me some valuable tips that were a life saver. After 2 days in the apartment I noticed an issue with one of the kitchen cabinet drawers and submitted a service request. This was Friday afternoon around 4:30 and Fernando came in to check things out and I told him this wasn't a big deal and could wait until Monday. 15 minutes later he came back with a fixed drawer. The location of this place is perfect. The apartment is way beyond my expectations and the amenities are OUT OF THIS WORLD. I'd like to give 6 stars but 5 is as high as they go.
I’ve been a homeowner for the last 26 years, and just moved into Viking Lakes a few days ago. Any concerns I had about ‘apartment life’ were alleviated after the first night. This place is AMAZING...it has fantastic upgrades and unbelievable amenities!!! The Team is totally responsive to any needs I have had and I am so appreciative of the quick responses. The Property is beautiful and I love all the trails, I can only imagine what this place will be like in the spring. The clubhouse is full of amenities from a sauna, spa, hot tub to a gym, golf simulator and bowling alley. I've already had friends over to join in the fun! I definitely made the right choice, I seriously couldn’t be more pleased with Viking Lakes!
We love living here at Viking Lakes!! As a friend of ours noted, "people travel and pay top dollar to stay in a place you live in!" We are absolutely enjoying our journey. The staff is friendly and helpful. The spaces are large and comfortable. The Amenities are amazing! Each building has a beautiful club room, work spaces, a Market and an outdoor common area with grills. Ponds, Trees and walking paths add to the beauty of the grounds. Many of our friends have already moved in or are on their way here. It is a must see!
This is a brand new complex. They just opened a 2nd building in November and it is awesome. The units are very large and all BRAND NEW! They have a ton of amenities for the residents to use. Another great thing is they don't charge "pet rent" which is great. Leasing office staff is great and they'll do their best to get you moved in right away.
I love the community the staff has created at Viking Lakes Residences. From the moment we saw these apartments being built, we knew we wanted to live here. Bevie spoke to us for nearly 20 minutes during training camp and helped facilitate our move in. She was always available to answer questions or concerns we had. The biggest selling point to us the No pet rent and the three pet maximum, we couldn’t beat pass that opportunity up. The amenities are truly amazing and the apartments are spacious and beautiful! I’m so happy we chose this community to call home.
Viking Lakes is above and beyond!! We love our new Apt !! The staff is amazing ! From the Gym to the puppy run !! LOVE IT !! ?? Cheri ~
Loving our apartment at Viking Lakes! From the gas stoves to the large floor plans & top of the line amenities, they truly thought of it all when building this new community. Plus, the staff is amazing! They are quick to respond and extremely friendly. It has been so easy to make friends with other people in the building, as everyone is active and there are so many amenities to enjoy! So glad we picked this spot moving from out of state!
The staff has been amazing and responsive. Delilah, Bevie, and David have been great to work with. But its not just the people, my apartment is awesome! Bright, feels way bigger than it is, nice finishes. I really enjoy it here!
I’ve lived at these new luxury apartments since they opened a few months ago. This is by far the best, most luxurious place I’ve lived in any state. The staff have done such an amazing job and always do their best to keep everyone happy (which we all are!). The tour will amaze you but truly, living here has lived up to all of the hopes that we had for the place!
The space is absolutely beautiful. The staff is wonderful and helpful. The amenities are the best.
We have had nothing but the best experience moving into Viking Lakes. Bevie made the rental experience fantastic, helping us to get the unit we wanted. Can't thank her enough! The amentities are unbelievable. Indoor and outdoor work out pools, indoor and outdoor hot tubs, steam room, sauna, bowling alley, golf simulator and much more. If you are in your apartment, you are missing out. Finally, the people in the community are great. We very much enjoy the new friends we have made in the few weeks we have lived here. And of course, the apartment is great too. We are enjoying our views of the pond and the pool. We downsized after selling our home and this space is working great for us. Bottom line, I highly recommend Viking Lakes!
My fiancé and I have lived here for a month and we couldn’t be happier! The people in the leasing officer are extremely helpful and will answer any questions. The amenities are the best I’ve ever seen with a nice workout room, pool, hot tub, golf simulator. I can see myself not ever wanting to leave this place.
I have never lived an apartment, so i was fairly nervous moving into a apartment with a dog and living in an apartment. Viking Lakes has been a smooth transition for myself and my dog. The bowl ally/club house is cool too!
I was one of the first people to move in here and I couldn't be happier with everything. From the staff to the apartments themselves, everything is just great.
We moved from out of state, and couldn’t be happier of the decision we made to pick Viking Lakes. The staff is attentive, the amenities are fantastic, and the people living here are great.
