I lived here for 10 months until I moved out due to mold issues. Do not risk your health.

I enjoy my apartment community (quiet, mostly younger professional demographic) but it is a bit pricey for only a single bedroom. The hardwood and tile floors keep the apartment cool on a hot Santa Barbara day which is quite nice in the summer. The living room is fairly big as well, although the kitchen and it are connected which means you're cooking in a tight space. The walls between units are also relatively thin so noisy neighbors can keep you up at night. There are laundry rooms on site but nowhere near enough machines to handle the 60 some odd apartment units. Overall, a decent apartment but very basic and small for the high price.
