Property Ratings at Villa Granada
We have had multiple bad experiences during our stay at Villa Granada. Noisy neighbors, people shouting, trash filled corridors are some of the few things to call out However, the worst of the list is after we moved out. The company charged us $2500 for moving out expenses for a normal wear and tear. This is first time experience for us in last 5-6 apartments that we lived in. We strongly recommend staying away from this property
People smoking in a non smoking community, trash every where, neighbors yelling at one another, parties until early morning, and the management does nothing. Five stars is an actual joke.
The kitchen lights were not working on our 1st day of move in and when we complained to leasing agent Ana, she mentioned this complaint comes as a part of 3 days inspection request and it will be fixed in around 3 days. Seems like there is no one has authority over maintanence guys , they dont even listen to their own leasing office folks and work according to what they feel is right. Your maintanence work wont be done for days and you will be stuck on gods mercy to get the issue fixed What a great start for our apartment move in. Couldn’t be worse. Also the countertop which was shown to us for model room was much different from what we got in our apartment, which wasn’t told to us. The leasing agent while showing us 1bhk said everything is same for 1 bhk 745 sq ft floor plan except wooden or carpet. 2 of my delivered status packages are already missing on 1st day of move in. Need to file police report now Please beware of this misinformation which is given by agents, ask specifically to see the exact apartment you want to move in.
Only posting this because it had 5 stars. It deserves 0. We finally left because my wife was berated by a member of the staff in our apartment. That happened while they were closing a leak in the ceiling in our bathroom, one of the many problems we dealt with at Villa Granada. Do not live there unless you have no other options. They are awful.
Villa Granada is a nice luxury apartment. The building is only a few years old and all the appliances are new, which is nice. The building also comes with a gym and pool that are free to use for residents. Any repair issues are quickly taken care of my the staff. Speaking of the staff, very friendly and nice. I recommend the apartment complex.
better than most places in the vicinity, but people giving this place high marks, are people living with lowered expectations.
