Property Ratings at Villa La Paloma
I moved here from out of state for school and after 2 years and multiple changeovers with staff it is my responsibility to let you know what it was like to be at this place. As a student I was home a lot and here is what I experienced: cockroach infestation (had to throw out multiple items), oven replacement, broken faucet, broken air conditioner, no hot water in shower for several months!, water being shut off at least 2 times a month, getting sick from drinking the tap water even with a purifier, tap water smelling like sewage, domestic violence, leaf blowing debris onto the patio every week, several power outages, unsafe neighborhood, hot tub not always hot, filthy laundry rooms (this mostly from tenants) and some of my clothes were stolen. Please find a place where you will be respected as a person in your home.
This apartment complex is undergoing construction they dont tell you until your signing your lease and can't back out. Forcing you to move in. This project is 4 months long "suppose" to end in April but who knows with these things. Yes, you can leave but what a pain TO MOVE AGAIN. Beware of Yessenia who claims multiple times she's not about funny business. She's as big of a joke as it gets. Sincerely pissed off tenants.

Good hardwood floors, new stainless steel appliances,and fixtures. The pool area does get a little crowded during the day, but the gym is pretty empty so you'll have plenty of time to yourself there. They do need to do fumigation more often and make sure that plumbers properly fix pipes when old tenants move out.
